We got the membership specifically to use the pool a few nights a week as a family. Unfortunately, they cut back the open swimming hours to 30 minutes per night. Their reasoning was, "Private lessons pay money to use the pool." Okay, well, so does my membership fee. Helllllooooooo mcfly.
Things they need to improve: ● Locker rooms are filthy. ● Showers have mold and rusty hardware ● The pool area is not clean at all. ● Pool always has sediment on the bottom. ● Nothing for kids ages 3+ to do. ● Teen center is an afterthought
While mostly everyone was nice, there was one specific lifeguard, a young male, who would scream obnoxiously at toddlers for even existing near his presence. I had to put that little guy in his place when he tried to scream at my three year old. Even other parents came up to me afterward and thanked me for redirecting his horrible behavior. He shouldn't be around kids at all. That was the final reason why we canceled our membership.

My daughter attends the swimming club and we pay for that activity as well. My wife and my son didn’t use any facilities at all for months. She buys memberships as I still sometimes go there as said. Today I drove my daughter there to her swimming club, and was told I could not use the gym as my membership was expired, and was looked like someone who didn’t pay the service. I didn’t have cash or cards with me at the time, so had to waste my time waiting for my daughter to finish. If I were them, I would tell my customer to come in, and resign up the membership next time. They are willing to give their long time customers bad experience, is that called customer service? Because I have 4 children and 3 out of the 4 have to wear life jackets because of their ages and there's only 2 parents me and my husband so I think that rule should be changed! It's not fair to the families with multiple young children or the children! Especially when there's many life guards working and watching them on duty at any given time!!!!
