Quikset Jewelry & Watch Repair — Attraction in Mansfield

I was charged 600 dollars to get my chain fixed.Went to pick it up the first time in was way too short.So they put a chain extension on it. Go pick it up the second time the chain length is two different sizes. Now im told it suppose to be to different lengths so it can lay flatter. When the chain was bought the chain was the same length on both sizes. Now after it getting fixed severals times thru out the years of haven't it the length gets shorter due to it bring welded back together. Very disappointed i was way over charged for the necklace for it to be fixed right! She also said the price of gold is high right now which i get that put not for no thin gold chain that doesn't weigh that much cus it also goes by...

I originally called the S Cooper location for a resize but the turnaround was longer than I was wanting since I had to wait six years for the engagement ring to begin with! :) They were so understanding and recommended the Mansfield location. She was just as helpful, upfront with the pricing and low pressure to commit. I got it back the next day and my ring fits perfectly now. I will be returning my business...

I was so glad this store opened in Mansfield. I had to go way into Arlington before. For very reasonable prices they will put a new battery in your watch, adjust the fit of the band and put a new clasp and jump ring on a necklace that I couldn't wear because those pieces were so small. They're open every day except Sunday. The gentleman who was working there was very pleasant. I'll be back many times...
