Taco Bueno — Restaurant in Mansfield

Location is nice. Located on service road to hwy. Large parking area. Food is prepared quickly and the array of seating is enjoyable. Restroom is very large. Allows you to lock the door if necessary. Men's urinal and toilet are out in the open. There is not a stall around toilet, hence the lockable door. Which makes sense due to it catering to single person use most likely. No complaints there. The water from the faucet has Way too much pressure. If you are not careful you'll end up splashing yourself. Which has the potential to cause an embarrassing moment for unbeknownst customers. Also the hot water can get extremely hot. Which you can or cannot complain about. No one likes using water that can never get hot enough. Also though, at the same time it can get hot fairly quickly. Which can lead to a scalding if not careful. All in all though, the convenience of its location, and the enjoyable atmosphere allow for a nice meal with family and or friends. I do wish they would have a updated music selection though. Family music doesn't need to be boring or tasteless. If you're selecting music playlists that you'd find in a grocery store, you're...

Horrible experience.. walked in placed order 8pm waiting in dining room 8:25 no body else came in.. I went to ask where my order was all 4 employees just hanging at the middle table in back just talking laughing hanging out. First thing the white guy says is " I already made that order and put it out." I asked to who Im still waiting ? ...instead of apologize he standing with" it was made and put out" I don't know who took it!" Horrible response no empathy or sincere just making a scene that it was made and "oh well.. kid said he was Manager and not a baby sitter when I asked "well, who did u give it to?" He said he don't know what employee took food and gave it out. Him " manager" African American kid, a Spanish young girl who was so excited about starting a fight then being sympathetic and an older Spanish woman in the back just staying out of it.. As a general manager at a restaurant and ex employee at taco bueno I can tell you with certainty that this place has terrible customer service and serving product undercooked as the meat I got was not fully cooked. I got a quesadilla thru the drive thru and when I return to work I ate half and then took the other half out and it had mold on the tortilla, truly not a big deal just wanted another remake but instead I get there and showed them the product the girl grabbed it and walked away. No apology or anything and then the shift lead or whoever was in charge had the audacity to ask me if I put that there. Went back and forth with her but never apologized or showed any kind of respect from her or the crew. Just imagine getting food with mold and then being blamed for it.
