I purchased two sympathy flowers for my grandmother's memorial costing over $200. When i received the flowers on the day of the memorial i saw that they were browning. I called the establishment and they said that they would not allow flowers to leave their establishment like that and it could have been because of the heat. I told them the flowers were indoors and the commute from their location to my home was only 12 minutes. I even advised the pictures are time stamped to show that it was taken the same day i received them. I was told they would refund me for one Lilly becasue the other flowers look fine. I have never had to purchase sympathy flowers before and dealing with this issue only added to the heartache of grieving someone who meant everything to me. I declined their refund for one flower. It is not about the money it was the principal that i received flowers that looked like they were dying when i was trying to celebrate the life of my grandmother.

I wanted to buy from a direct store vs. companies like 1-800flowers, because as most people know online photos from these big companies are also misleading. But when my mom received the flowers, I was so disappointed! I don’t live in MN, so I had no choice but to get flowers delivered. I bought a standard size bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day. Online, the floral bouquet for Standard looks full and big. That was why I bought this bouquet. My mom received the flowers. She was happy and sent me a photo of what she received. To my surprise, it looks nothing like what was represented online! I paid $77.61 total including taxes, gratuity and delivery fee. Crazy price for a misleading bouquet. I sent them 2 emails with my complaint, but have not heard anything. If I saw the bouquet in person for $45, guarantee I would’ve never bought it looking like that.

I had a wonderful experience, Lisa and Raed made sure my wedding bouquet was exactly what I wanted and the boutonnières were perfect. Lisa asked all the right questions and showed me what the flowers I was asking for looked like and made great suggestions for better options. Everything was done on time and for a very reasonable price for such a large bouquet. I didn't get it preserved but I will say I kept it in my kitchen for a very long time and even as the flowers dried out they still looked beautiful and the leaves stayed in very good shape. I made it into potpourri and it still smells great! Raed made a beautiful bouquet that matched my wedding colors and the outdoor theme perfectly. I would highly recommend going here for all your floral needs!

I had a wonderful experience, Lisa and Raed made sure my wedding bouquet was exactly what I wanted and the boutonnières were perfect. Lisa asked all the right questions and showed me what the flowers I was asking for looked like and made great suggestions for better options. Everything was done on time and for a very reasonable price for such a large bouquet. I didn't get it preserved but I will say I kept it in my kitchen for a very long time and even as the flowers dried out they still looked beautiful and the leaves stayed in very good shape. Responding to the owner:

Any reputable shop who has “video footage” would respectfully ask the customer for a moment to check last nights “video footage” to confirm that #1 it was indeed sold by your employee and #2 that the condition in which it was returned was also the condition in which it was sold. If you were a respectable owner you would not have outright made those accusations prior to reviewing your own footage or verifying with your employee. Your policy should also state to return the item with receipt and with employee verification. Furthermore, I find it strange that you somehow came up with footage when you told my husband you did not have any footage of last nights purchase. If you do have it feel free to share the entire footage of last nights purchase and today’s encounter and not just clips to fit your narrative. Additionally, we live 12 mins from your location and to even insinuate that the “chocolates were melted” is absurd. I greeted my husband right as he pulled into the garage and was handed these. I personally put these on the table and I looked at the flowers and chocolate and decided I didn’t want them. The chocolate was not melted so don’t even lie. 🙄 It has sat there til the morning which I helped him load into the car. Your “secondhand” account of what transpired is of little value given you pretended to handle the situation professionally. Your empty “gesture of goodwill” was not needed as a simple “surveillance check” and “refund” should have occurred from the beginning. If you or your family were accused or treated in that manner you would not be ok with it either.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible experience all around by the owner! My husband bought me a bouquet and chocolate the night before at approximately 5 pm; however, I did not like it as I have my own flower garden and would prefer a live plant to add to my garden. I wished I took photos of the bouquet but a few of the flowers on the outside were wilting with dried leaves but overall the center looked pretty. The next morning my husband went to return the bouquet at 8 am when the shop opened. Keep in mind they have a 7 day return policy! The shop owner accused my husband of buying it from another shop and trying to return it there! The owner said they haven’t had that type of bouquet for weeks and asked all his employees if they sold it yesterday. He even texted his employee from the night before to which she responded that she did sell it to my husband. No apologies still. Instead, the owner continued to harass and berate my husband the entire time he was there! Saying nasty comments like “you know what you did, you left it outside” & a bunch of crazy accusations. It was absolutely the most horrendous and TOXIC experience we have ever experienced!! I felt awful my husband experienced that. No one should be treated that way period. Throughout the entire time his employees continued to apologize to my husband. I am glad they finally refunded him but we are never going here again and we will definitely tell our clients to stay clear of this shop. I can’t believe this toxic owner has employees and I can’t believe this place is still open with the fake service the owner gives. And then watch him make up some fake response to deny or make light of the entire experience. YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID. The owner is preposterous! He honestly has a problem...

Funny how the owner speaks with care and professionalism when he has the public eye watching. None of his words or his false sincerity was used during our interaction in person. And you and I both know the chocolates weren’t melted. Your employees confirmed this.

Make sure when you share the video that you couldn’t find that you don’t edit anything so they can see how you speak to customers and the vulgar language you used.

Buyers Beware.

Bought from this shop many times prior to this day. Employees were always helpful and pleasant. Today I met the owner and it was the worst experience. I hope he doesn’t treat his employees the way he treated me today.

Bought a large arrangement of flowers in a vase at 5pm yesterday and returned them the day after at 8AM because my wife didn’t love them. The owner accused me of fraud and said they haven’t sold the flowers I was returning for over a week. I know nothing of flowers but as my receipt says, I purchased it from them. That was not enough for him and he needed to verify with his employee (who was not at work) before he could return it. That employee verified the purchase and he ultimately agreed, begrudgingly. He continued making vulgar and offensive comments the entire time. And I quote he said, ‘I don’t want or need your business.’

A 2 min interaction turned into a 15 minute verbal abuse by the owner. I was very uncomfortable and I’m sure his other 2 employees felt the same.

I will not be back as he does not need my business. I’d recommend you take your business elsewhere. Beware if you patron...
