I placed an order through drive through and From the way the employee spoke via the drive thru order system , I already felt like she did not seem happy working . She had no interest in taking our orders . After having paid and received the order I drove away only to have to return ten minutes later because one of my orders had a lock of hair in it. So once again I had her speak over the intercom , and when I told her about the incident I got a “ yeah....! “ showing no concern ! I told her so I need another one made and she replied “ ok” I went to the window and she handed the ice cream with a quick sorry and walked away. I thought those who worked around food need to wear hair nets . She has long hair and it would be nice to at least tie it up in a pony ! But to show no feelings towards our concern and to not offer any sincere apologies , was very very poor customer service on her part . And to even not take extra precautionary measures with what s happening around the world , told me she is so carefree . Very bad service from her . I won’t be going this place again ! Gross ! Her service does not deserve a star let alone one but when asked to rate how many stars I feel I am forced to even choose one star ! A zero...
Read moreI ordered a simple order two large coke. When I got to the window to pay I waited for 40 second for staff member to come to window to collect payment so I could go about my day. A young gentleman waited on me to collect payment, I gave him my phone to do Apple Pay, it took him 20 seconds and I'm already suspicious, he gave me my phone back and than ask for it back and than someone else staff member come by and takes my phone and my phone was out of my sight 50 seconds and if they did something they were not suppose too and cross path, I'm going to escalate the issue to corporate. This is completely unacceptable. I would like to request for the store manager or district manager to contact me back. I got distress while my phone was out of my sight. If I didn't keep my cool I would make huge scene and cuss your staff member out. I'm not happy because why can't they just be present with my phone in front of me and so I could tab my phone on Apple Pay. You better check your cameras to make sure your staff member is honest and didn't go through my phone. If something happens to my phone or my phone got hack etc... Two large drinks and simple orders and I had to wait 2 mins...

Mario (not sure the exact spelling/sorry!) - please cherish his management skills while being absoutely slammed with customers, definitely a keeper. I'm always looking and he's by far one of the best I've run into ..who is also very cleaely loyal to DQ! As most know recruiting, onboarding, then training plus retention in the last two years has become critically important, moving to the forefront of most business needs in this industry. My experience- Mario was very kind and accommodating while I held up the line ordering a birthday custom written icecream cake. By the time I was done with my order & went to pay it was READY - custom writing and all!! Clearly well trained staff accompanied by this great Manager- 5/5 recommended based on turnaround speed, kind pleasant staff and my overall experience!
