update:ok definitely this place is nose diving with cleanliness. The food station was absolutely disgusting looking last night. You think if employees view the counter from the customers perspective, they will see how they need to clean where the food is getting pushed under where they slide the sandwiches. The food bins themselves looked gross. The meat looked nasty. Nobody was cleaning up dining area. No clean tables. But the worst part was the drink station. About 50 fruit flys, the worst smell, it looked so bad. This warrants a call to the manager or higher up. This place needs help. I didn't even mention how sloppy the sandwich making process was. Most the time I wont order toppings in the back of counter because when employees lean over to grab it, their nasty shirts rub up on the sandwich. Wont be back. Is there a decent clean subway anymore??? Step up management and get your staff some training and clean your restaurant. Terrible.
It has been hit or miss here. Sometimes its clean, sometimes it's not. Sometimes the people are nice and make a good sandwich, sometimes not. If this subway could work out some of the basics like cleaner drink station(something was definitely rotting my the fountain station and bugs flying all around) and just more consistent service, it would get more stars. Read moreHorrible service today. First, when making someone's sandwich, you always wash your hands and put on fresh gloves. The lady and the new employee, failed at both. You could tell the young man was new, but still, that should be the first thing learned. After she made my sandwich with the meat, he was about to put veggies on it. I asked him to change his gloves because he was touching the register screen and everything around it. He had an attitude the whole time, acted like he didn't want to be there, threw veggies on the sandwich, grabbed them from the dirty counter, and even put a black olive near the hole where they put dirty gloves. He then lifted my sandwich off the sheet and put it in the paper, acting like he didn't want to fold it, and cut it horribly. The sandwich was messy and sloppy, and the experience was distasteful. When I mentioned the sandwich should still be on the paper, the employee looked at me and stated they don't wrap it in the paper anymore, which was a lie because I just had Subway and they did it, saying it's against company policy. I ordered three sandwiches two identical basic Turkey sandwich and wanted to order a chicken bacon ranch for my third. The manager was able to get 3 to 4 mobile orders done before helping with my sandwiches. When presented with a coupon the manager informed me That it wasn’t valid with melts. I did not order a melt. She was informed by her general manager recently that any sandwich containing Steak or Chicken with cheese is considered a melt. This was a first. I’ve never heard that from any subway other than here. I’ve gone to several other subways and have never had a problem. In short my purchase could’ve been better. They forgot to give me my third sandwich. If a coupon doesn’t want to be granted that’s fine, I’ll just choose other participating franchise Subways. I use the coupons as a bonus for being a loyal patron to the establishment. It’s nice to get a price break here and there.
