Sky Zone Trampoline Park — Attraction in Maple Grove

(I can see by the owners response that they do not care. Once again non-chalant) I can also see from other recent reviews that racism has increased at this place by staff recently and the owner seems not to care. We have to stop spending our money places where they don't care about us and can't atleast apologize and see what can be done. Training, write upset, or something) he just seems not to care at all. I have had a membership here for over an year and done birthday parties here etc. Im going to make sure to cancel my membership and let others know to be ware and try slick city. Before coming here and getting disrespected for no reason) I come to skyzone maplegrove all of the time for the soccer. My Son has a membership for this specific skyzone. I came on May 17th 2025 with 3 kids. I used a membership, and I had a buddy pass. It's about to be summer so I was going to get another Membership instead of paying full price for one day for one kid i would get it for the month as its my sons Birthday and its pretty much the same price. And I bring these same kids to this same sky zone all of the time. I had a membership for them previously that expired. Alicia the staff member that was assisting me was very rude and disrespectful so I moved to another staff member to purchase my membership. Alicia who was already helping someone else came over to the register I was at and tried to tell the staff member how to handle me. So I looked her she then asked me if I had a problem. Like what?I clearly got out of line to get back into line to not have to deal with her because of her attitude towards me. I asked the person at the register if that was her supervision or something and she said no it was just her coworker and she couldn't understand what was going or what the problem was since I was purchasing a membership. It wasn't like I was trying to get in for free. At that point I told her she was provoking me and needed to move around. She continued to be rude so at this point it's like what's really up. I asked her if she was racist or something cause I couldn't figure out what her problem was. Now I'm upset so I'm matching energy I need my funds back. I don't even want to come in here no more today. im uncomfortable. Now I'm irritated and trying to keep my cool because im really trying to figureoutt what the issue is. HAYDEN who is the supervisor came over he was real nonchalant about the situation i explained it to him, I even was asking his staff member to explain what happened. She damn near was scared to say but basically said yeah the other lady was tripping. he asked me if he could get me a free icee or something to fix it. and he was also white. I just felt really disrespected and like the situation wasn't handled properly and couldn't figure out what her problem was. Either way I'm mad I have spent so much money and time at a place who does not properly handle their staff when they are being disrespectful and rude. And asking guest if they have a problem. Like who asks someone if they have an issue and your supposed to be in customer service. You came up to me at a register when I'm dealing with someone else trying to buy a membership. You came out of your way to get in my face. Of course I'm looking at you cause I'm trying to figure out what's the purpose and what's going on. Like were you trying to intimidate me? And me being black in this area I didn't feel comfortable really standing up for myself but that was crazy. And aggressive and rude. As many times as I have been here I have never had an issue like that. I don't see what the reason for that behavior was...I'm still confused. Still a little mad and wondering if people are just getting bolder because the circumstances of America right now and the president or something not...

I brought my 5 kiddos down for a fun day to play at the Maple Grove Skyzone. Only it wasn’t exactly the greatest experience. The park was busy as expected for Spring Break. When we arrived, It was a reasonable amount of kids(I had no complaints about that). I prefilled out the forms online the night before to be able to check in faster that morning. The guy at the register checking us in wasn’t very good at listening. I wanted to pay the one time fee of unlimited jump all day for 5 kids. 100% Willing to pay for the high fees to play while also knowing that I would be spending a ton on drinks and food for my kids. But it’s worth it for them to have a fun day. The employee at the register kept insisting that I pay for the membership, that it would be cheaper. I declined several times. We live a distance out and don’t drive this way often so utilizing the membership would not have been worth it for us. He then stated that the membership could be canceled that same day and would be way cheaper. My kids were ready to go and play so I caved just to make the process go faster. Then he so kindly informed me after signing up that I would have to wait 3 days before being able to cancel. It was about the same price as I would have had to pay to begin with. And food was only discounted by maybe a $1-2 or less than that. Luckily we placed our food order when we did, they shut down hot food orders after that for the rest of the day. If we’re not able to bring our own food in, then they should be accommodating on making it for others- not shutting it down during the busiest part of the day. I felt bad for the families that were unable to order. There was very little room for parents to sit. I had to circle around for a while until we were able to snag a table. A majority of tables were blocked off for birthday parties. I wasn’t the only parent that day that was a bit grumbly about the seating arrangements there. Towards the end of our time being there, it started to get busier and more rowdy. Too many guests and kids were entering the park when you could tell it was starting to reach capacity. Kids were fighting over play zones. It’s a smaller location than what we have visited before. We had some issues with one of the adult “guest” messing with one of my kids. So I packed my kids up and said it was time to go. I would NOT recommend the Maple Grove location but the other locations closer to the cities are bigger and more...

We want to toddler time today for the first time at this location. We’ve been to Blaine, Oakdale and the old Plymouth multiple times. While the location is ideal and the place is so new and clean the group of 6 moms I was with were very taken back by how overwhelming Corrine was to us and our kids. We all sign liability waivers and are there and present watching our 5 and under kids. Within being there 3 minutes she said of our 4 kids down to talk to them about one child on a trampoline at a time, yes this is a rule, but they were running around chasing each other in a padded trampoline park and occasionally when they’d hit a trampoline at the same time. She was all over them it was so hard to around her and other moms as well were commenting how they were trying to avoid the areas she was in. My 2 year old was running(which she can’t lift her knees yet it’s hardly running) and she came over in a flash to try to talk to her about walking. It’s toddler time at a padded trampoline park and I the mom was walking 2ft behind her lighten up it made the time so tense and less fun. She was also interjecting into conversations multiple times and commenting on whether children were breast fed or formula fed as if it makes a difference in children’s size-just very strange. Even our 4 year olds said they didn’t want to jump by “that lady she’s mean.” All of us moms talked about in the years we’ve been coming to skyzones this is the first time someone is so fussy about the tiniest things and would correct toddlers within 15 seconds as if they’re going to understand. Nobody was doing anything dangerous and the moms were all watching non stop. Now If this was a drop off daycare and she’s watching 30 kids on her own I understand running a tight ship but the adult child ration is 2:1 possibly even 1:1. Made us consider doing our toddler time somewhere else in the future. There was one nice worker who was a guy and she even came over yelling at him that his walkie talkie wasn’t on because she wanted to correct him that he wasn’t running the foam pit by the rules when we were trying to go...
