I was told they sold the furniture that I had already paid for, while I was in the store!? Shopping today, I grabbed the ticket price tag for a piece of furniture. The girl in check out actually helped me grab it while I was shopping. I pay for it, then drive over to drop off so they can help me lift it in my car. Turns out while I was in the store and already HAD the price tag for it, they sold it to someone else??!! So they must have made a whole new ticket when they knew I had it in my hand, still shopping. Read moreI am so disappointed that I couldn’t changed an item because i didn’t have a receipt. I am a honest person and I am a loyal costumer. And because of that, I couldn’t exchanged what I purchased. Why goodwill treat their costumers like that? I always buy and donate and when they asked to round up for donating for people who you can support for their needs, they don’t help in this kind of situations. I am even a VIP and they said no. I feel sad and angry I feel that I don’t want to purchase anymore there. Besides their prices are getting high and compare to the retail stores and there is not difference and besides brand new. Read moreMy feelings were hurt. I grabbed three items, and for some reason, my debit card wouldn't work. I told the manager that I lived 2 blocks up, that I would be right back. When I left the building I decided to just go to the ATM near by was gone no longer then 2 minutes and the item were thrown aside to be returned I was told by another cashier that the manager assumed I wouldn't returned and was laughing.
