Hobby Lobby — Local services in Maple Grove

Sure there is a lot of things here, could spend a long time looking around; except it is so confusing, sale signs everywhere and no sales associates around if you have any questions. I did find a lovely pile of dust/dirt/trash swept into an emergency exit near the front of the store..guess someone didn’t want to finish sweeping (wasn’t even near closing time, so that’s not an excuse).

The BEST PART is, they don’t offer gift receipts and no duplicate receipts...so for anyone who I bought a Christmas gift for, I guess I have to be with them to return/exchange the item or they get 50% off what I paid for it...How DUMB is this..no wonder I never shopped here before (and will not be returning). Only reason I shopped here tonight is because it’s the only place a younger family member has listed for her...

I love this store, I would gladly and love to give it a 5 stars, and love this store. Except only recently found out, when something is on sale, unless you bring each and every item to the attention of item and savings at checkout, you will be charged full price! How very, very much, and money I have spent at their locations before finding this out, makes me very disappointed, and a bit angry too. Now, this last trip, seperated, checked, hand noted each item, and felt like a penny pinching, coupon clipping, change counting, shopper, no one wants to be behind shopper. Slowing down already slow checkout lines. I felt like I should have announced to everyone glaring at me waiting, why and what I was doing and why. Went in for a body form, all seemed to be crooked. Took three people to find out if there were any more. Was told I could not use the coupon I had, even though it did not exclude the body form. When asked why, and reading off the terms of the coupon the girl cut me off saying "yeah, I know what the coupon says.." and then she walked away from us. Amazing. I said can we at least try? Nope. No explanation or anything.

When we got the body form home we noticed a screw fall out and looked under and then it all came clear why all three other body form where crooked, the materials were so cheaply made the screws had no ability to hold.
