ETA -- went back a few weeks later after a conversation with the business. It looks like they got new trays, as there was no sticky issue this time, nor was the floor sticky. The food looked MUCH fresher, like they were no longer letting little bits of it sit under the hot lights, but keeping it filled with fresh food. However, at 4:00pm on a weekend, with only one other couple in the place, and several employees working, all five of the booths and the table closest to the patio were uncleaned and dirty. I didn't check the rest of the tables closer to the center, I just ate outside.

Original review -- This has really gone downhill lately. The store itself is often dirty -- the tables are usually clean, except during a busy period when I've had to wash my own, but the floors seem to always be sticky, which sticks on your shoes and tracks to wherever you go after that. And the trays are almost always sticky and gross to touch, like maybe they're not washed between use -- I've had to go to the bathroom and wash the stickiness off my hands before eating after taking a tray to my table. The food is still good, but the choices become limited after a rush, and some of it gets rather unappetizing looking sitting out under the lights. It was really great...

Placed an order online 7:55 AM through the online portal for LeeAnn chin , was trying to do a courtesy for them since it was a larger order so we placed it early ready to pick up at 11 AM . Called about 10:00 AM to see if they could add some extra appetizer sauces in. come to find out they havent even recieved the order. Andy proceeded to tell me he needed us to call the corporate office since they havent recieved it.Why are we taking time out of our day to follow up with an order ? It should have been recieved and ready for 11:00. Corporate said they recieved the order at 10:20 and it would be ready at 11:10 AM. Fine. Show up here at 11:10 and they havent even started it. Corporate said that the manager may be filling in but honestly he should know how to run any LeeAnn chin regardless where hes filling in. our company has scheduled lunch breaks and now we arent able to make it work today for lunch since nothing was ready in time. Completely in convenient for us. definetly need to look into the online ordering...

The food was good but my experience there was not what i expected. When I came in I asked if I can get my rice without mushrooms and bean sprouts i was told i was unable to get what i requested due to the rice being pre mixed but they ended giving me what i requested but once my food was ready the women at the line told me the cook forgot my green onions the cook comes out and throws raw onions on my platter. Then the woman at the counter says and i quote " weren't you here last week?" I said no this is my first coming here. Then she responds with " I think I found your twin then. Then I proceeded to the cashier to pay for my food. Once i left to get utensils the cashier screamed out loud that my card didn't go through! I walk over to the cashier and he says never mind i gave your receipt. That was super embarrassing and uncalled for. I am not sure if the employees were being prejudice towards me but I won't recommend this location if...
