White Castle — Restaurant in Maple Grove

[Edit #2] There was one person ahead of us in the White Castle drive thru and it took 17 minutes from the time we pulled up to the time we pulled away from the window. We went to Raising Canes right after and there were 19 people ahead of us in the drive thru and it took 14 minutes. I looked at the clock both times. I guess my old review isn't relevant any longer...

(Old review) This White Castle is odd. They seem to have found a way to cut the wait times in half. I do t usually go to White Castle because you have to wait forever. But at this one it is the same as any other fast food place. The food is standard White Castle food. If you like it, you wont be disappointed, if you don't, you already k ow you should avoid this place. (Edit: I'm not trying to be funny. But I only ate this and some hamburger helper the day I went to this White castle. I was up 4 times stuck on the toilet later that night. I also finished the hamburger helper the next day with no issues. Take that for what it is worth. I won't deduct a star because I can't say for certain it was whities, but it...

I have never written a bad review for someone, but this situation was so outrageous I just had too. Tonight my mother stopped by the drive through at around 6pm. She sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes....no one answered her. She drove around and thought, I’ll just go in because something must be wrong with their drive through. She pulls around to park, and when she tries to enter the lobby, the doors were locked. When she went to go back into her car, she noticed two more cars had pulled up and were sitting at the drive through waiting as well, the car currently at the speaker let her know someone finally showed up to take their order. It took about 20 minutes for her to actually pull up and take her order. The pace was so slow, that one of the customers in front of her actually had to knock on the drive through window and ask “If you don’t have the food I’ll take my money back.” After all that waiting...she did not receive an apology...and to top it all off....the order was wrong. They shorted us 4 sliders. We will...

I was there at around 9pm, and was the - only - customer inside or in the Drive-Thru. I waited 22 minutes for my order from the time I completed my order until I was given my food. Additionally, I was given a bag of food and told thank you have a nice day only to find out that half my order was missing. I waited knocked on the window, and no one came for an additional 2 or 3 minutes. Eventually after waiting for a long time somebody came and gave me the remainder of my order. Clearly they knew what they were missing and why I was waiting but no one even bothered to say we'll be right with you, please be patient, Etc. I felt like no one was even acknowledging my presence. The food was good, but the customer service was abysmal, and the wait was unreasonably long, considering I was the only customer for 3 (that I saw) or more employees.

From order to drive away: 25 minutes total for 5 sliders, an order of chicken rings, fries, and a 3 piece mozzarella sticks,...
