Marble Falls Flower & Gift Shop — Attraction in Marble Falls

My sisters and I decided to send my mom flowers for Mother's Day. None of us live in the same town as my parents, so we had to order online. We selected a bright, happy bouquet called "Fancy That" full of pinks and oranges, and we upgraded to the deluxe version to be sure it was a good size. I got a message from the shop stating they were out of a certain flower and would make a substitution, which I completely understand. They got the flowers delivered timely and over the phone, they were very friendly and helpful (which is the 1 star). My mom was happy to receive them, but she was too polite to tell me over the phone how small and skimpy the arrangement was. I was able to visit my parents about 5 days later and I was embarrassed when I saw the flowers, and it had nothing to do with freshness. It actually made me sad to look at them. There was very little color and the number of flowers was less than half what the photo I ordered showed. I would have been better off asking a neighbor to go to HEB for me. I was THRILLED with this florist. I called my mother's neighbor to find out who I should go to and they said this was "THE" place for everyone in this area. I spoke with a lovely girl, Tabitha, and she could not have been more helpful. I did the right thing and asked her what she would recommend if she were receiving the flowers. She created the most beautiful arrangement! So tasteful and artistic! I expressed the fact that my mother had an appointment that day so I was worried about the delivery. Not only were they on time but also the delivery person called to make sure she was home to receive them. My mother was so touched--this was her first anniversary without my dad. We are extremely happy with Marble Falls Flower & Gift Shop for creating such an amazingly beautiful floral arrangement for our 30th wedding anniversary! We brought in 3 strands of pearls, hoping they could somehow be incorporated into the arrangement, and Erin Spillman rose to the challenge and demonstrated what a truly gifted designer she is. From the elegant artistry of the floral composition to her inspired use of the pearls--even interlacing some of them through the flowers--it was beyond anything we had imagined, a perfect portrayal of the romance and sweet nostalgia we were feeling, and a glorious addition to our celebration of this very special occasion!
