Catos always has clothing and accessories that I just adore. They have some nice masks too. Some are sequined which I like and there is an assorted variety of nice-looking fabric masks. They always have one or two clearance racks that I always have to look through and usually find something I have to have. I think you can find something stylish and affordable for any occaison at Catos. The cashiers were sort of rude. Not friendly, to say the least. Both acted as if they did not want to be bothered with any customers. At one point, I asked if I could return a necklace if it didn't fit well, and the lady stopped and just stared at me.. then she said with a rude tone.. I guess... sure.
