McCoy's Outdoors — Attraction in Marianna

I have shopped here my whole life. I have always loved coming to McCoys as a child and would get so excited but not anymore. The men in the bow and gun shop are awesome! always helpful and polite. BUT, the ladies up front are so rude. So rude to the point I have started driving to Blountstown just to getting my hunting supplies because its a way better atmosphere. I was in McCoy's and a lady was moping the floor and she almost ran in to me and said under breathe at another lady in the front '' if she would have ran into me I would have hit her with this mop.'' Even though i said excuse me and I'm sorry. another day, i was in McCoy and they let someone skip in front of me in line that i have been standing in. when i said something the women at the front told me to be quiet. so i put my stuff down and haven't been back. the only reason I'm giving them a 3 star is for the men in the back and because they do a lot of our youth. but me and my family. and many other people I have talked to has started shopping else where cause people are sick of the attitudes. Its ridiculous. I have shop here my whole life and we all get treated like this. Welcome to Marianna. For now on I will shop at Big Ben and the Quick Pic In Blountstown. Might as well , so you could actually buy your hunting clothes from there. There clothes selection went from amazing to nothing. They have made it a boutique now. Pretty much ditched all the hunting clothes. It's sad. Not really an outdoors...

The customer service here was incredible! Scott was hands down Was the best help! I needed air in my 33' trailer tires which was a lot for me to do by myself. He All but stopped what he was doing with their digital sign because he saw that I needed help.. Not only did he grab grab an extra extension cord extension cord but an air compressor that would do the job quickly quickly. I went inside to find that this was not just a gas station but Is an 18000 ft²Building that fithat fits the dream of any male or female shopping shopping for just about anything for the entire family. Guns, bows, HUGE women's clothing boutique with name brands such as umbrella, Louis Vuitton, Under armor, erimish and a HUGE selection of home decor!!! THIS STORE WENT ON AND ON! You need a few hours here or you will be very mad with yourself!! The boutique closes at 6:00pm but Betty offered to stay late because she felt my excitement and I needed to try own a few items.. It was very nice to go into a store of all sorts sorts and have the customer service experience that I had. The owners were on site site and Mrs. Mccoy herself walked me through to make sure I found what.i needed. As a business owner, they have done a fabulous job hand picking their staff! I also noticed they have off road diesel and they load feed into your vehicle!! Wow. I can't...

We love Mccoys! Bobby in the bow shop is awesome. Our son wanted to start bow hunt. So we decided to get him a bow setup for Christmas. So we visited another Archery shop in Panama City because it was close to home. The first time we went in, this guy was short and not helpful. So we left and just said maybe he was having a bad day. Went in after Christmas to get our son set up for his first bow. Us not knowing alot about bows. I told him I wanted to get a good bow that would last him thru the years and him growing he's 15. He was again rude and told us all the bows in this shop are lifetime warranty this ain't walmart buddy. We decide to just drive to Mccoys. I am so glad we did. Bobby was awesome with our boy. Showing him the basics and spending the time with him to get set up. Customer service is key. That's why we will never go anywhere else but Mccoys for anything archery related. Thanks again...
