I am only giving two stars because 1. My mom did get her order the same day 2. From the picture my sister sent the flowers look okay health wise My first issue was when I tried to check out using their personal website. My first error was email not sure why as my email was there. Second error was my card could not be processed. Not sure why because I immediately went to teleflora and purchased the same thing and payment went though with no issues. So I tried to cut the middle man out and failed. Now the biggest issue of all is if you are going to be partnered with teleflora and use their stock photos for people to choose from the end product should look the exact same. Whether I was able to order directly the outcome would have been the exact same. Flowers that do not look like the picture and are not even arranged like the picture. I ordered country basket blooms. It has light pink, bright pink, and purple flowers with two butterflies in a long basket with a beautiful handle with arrangement facing length way out. What my mom got was an ugly arrangement of mismatched colors. Like red roses and yellow and an orangey pink whitish purple flower whiteish pink and some pink flowers with flowers placed in a round cheap basket with no butterflies. While I understand some flowers maybe seasonal, flowers should ALWAYS match the picture color scheme and be arranged exactly like pictured in the correct vase/basket associated to the picture. I text it back immediately, no reply. I text back again, no reply. I get an Email from them stating the same thing. I Email them the phone number. They Email me back, stating they need the order number. Luckily I took a Screen Shot of the order, they never sent a confirmation Email. I sent them that. I get an Email back, stating they need the order number. The order number was in the screen shot. I sent them the order number again, this time I wrote it for them. Then I get another Email saying they need my Email address, the one they just Emailed me on. I think that company hires people with a 10 IQ. Why would they Email me, then ask for my Email? I don't get it. I just got fed up and told her I want to cancel my order. She asks for my Email again for the customer service team to reach out to me. Well,, they never did. I tried calling, I was number 21 in line, so I get an automated response so I can hang up and be called back when it's my turn in line. Guess what, no call back. I tried calling again in 50 mins, 21 in line, this happened 4 times I called, always 21 in line. What are the probabilities on that, slim and none. I finally went to their website and found a link I could cancel my order. What a nightmare. I highly recommend Cotton Blossom Flower Shop! It was my only daughter’s 33rd birthday, and being in Texas, I wanted to send her something truly special. I chose Cotton Blossom, and it was the best decision I could have made.
From the moment I called, I was greeted by the sweetest and most polite person, Aaron. I explained exactly what I wanted for the arrangement, and he took as much time as needed to ensure every detail was perfect. His patience and kindness really stood out, making me feel confident that my daughter’s flowers would be beautiful.
There was one small hurdle—my daughter normally gets off work at 3 PM, but since it was her birthday, there was a chance she might leave early. When I mentioned this, I could sense Aaron’s concern because deliveries typically don’t start until 2 PM. However, instead of brushing it off, Aaron went above and beyond. He rearranged things to ensure my daughter’s delivery was the first stop of the day.
Even my daughter mentioned how kind and sweet he was when he delivered the flowers, which speaks volumes about his character, his dedication to customer service, and the big heart he brings to his work.
The flowers were stunning, the service was impeccable, and I could not be more grateful. Cotton Blossom Flower Shop now has a lifelong customer in me. Whenever I need to send flowers to my family in lovely Maricopa, I will never go anywhere else.
