Blue Moon Dolphin Cruise — Attraction in Marina del Rey

My husband and I went on a snorkeling trip with Blue Dolphin Charters while we were on our honeymoon. It was awesome! The four crew members were incredibly professional and we both felt like they were a step above some of the other staff/crew we had met on previous vacations. Each crew member made an effort to talk to us individually and get to know us so that they could give us recommendations of things to do on the island and just talk to us about life. Thanks so much to Captain Chris and John for an unforgettable day with the fam! We saw seals, sea lions, and after a bit of cruising tracked down a huge pod of dolphins that played and jumped all around us including right alongside the boat! My 3 year old niece was blown away and even my teenage nephew enjoyed the excitement… after our dolphin encounter Captain Chris made for calmer waters to help accommodate one of our group who was feeling a bit seasick and we took in the sights around the marina. Chris was a fantastic host - and was very knowledgeable about the area and even taught my group a few cool pointers like how to search the horizon for signals of dolphin activity! He knew exactly how to find them. We had dolphins all alongside the boat, it was amazing.
