I will start by saying that the two individuals working the boat for us today were nice people. They had smiles on their faces and greeted us kindly. My husband and I had decided to do this boat tour because it was advertised as a āparty boat .ā When we arrived, we were told we were waiting on six other people. We had arrived earlier than necessary, but the other party actually arrived after the time we were supposed to depart. It was my husband, and I with another couple, their parents and their kids! Iām not sure we would have participated. Had we known that under 21 was allowed. Their kids were fabulous, we barely knew they were there, so that was not a problem. The individuals guiding us literally did nothing the entire cruise. They told us we could attach to their Bluetooth and DJ. It was fairly obvious that we had different musical tastes so I didnāt think that was the best way to go about offering the group music. We were adults, and we were able to take turns, but I must say we didnāt really choose the music we would normally listen to because the others, we felt, might not like it, and since there were kids on board⦠Well⦠it was mentioned by one of the guides that they had a new karaoke machine on board as well. That was never brought up or brought out. We were basically just left to mingle with one other party of six that we did not even know and their kids. unfortunately it was also overcast so all and all kind...

I was embarrassed by his behavior. And he should never feel comfortable arguing and degrading the customers on the boat with phrases like "you people". "This is what happens when you add liquor" First of all, it was champagne and not hardly enough to tolerate being disrespected. He started the cruise late cause he said we were not paying attention and he was going to wait until he could, "hear a pin drop". I told him when I did the tour with my Caucasian friends we didn't have any of these issues and again, he repeated, "Right, just with you people. Flabbergasted is how I felt. He definitely needs some type of racial sensitivity training because even if he was thinking these things, they should have never left his mouth! Then he circled back into the Marina delaying our ability to Karaoke, then when returning, with no forewarning, he cut us off in the middle of Karaoke, unacceptable. And then when done, after exiting the gate he told us to "leave the property " while waiting on the other side of the fence waiting to be picked up and then threatened to call the police on us. His assistant apologized to everyone as we had departed the gate, I felt bad for her. What a way to end a month of celebrating the Gemini Season. So so...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDisappointed. My friends paid a lot for a private boat for a bday. These folks do NOT have their s++t together. We went at night...no proper directions to find the boat in the dark...we FINALLY find where to go. No music, no vibe, cant see anything...you pay oh and you have to do EVERYTHING. ;/ can they atleast have ice ready for drinks? Any lighting? Music on for bday party vibes? No...this is totally a DIY EXPERIENCE...you do EVERYTHING except drive the boat in the dark. I played music from my phone til they got an ipad working but they couldn't even get the Kareoke going on the big screen til the middle of the cruise. Only 1 mic worked. We were using the flashlights on our phones the whole time to see anything! Granted our group still had fun, a new experience...we saw dolphins and a seal swimming around us. The water was calm, not too cold. But i was watching and just thinking hmmmm...come on people :/ For that price...they need to...
