STIIIZY Marina — Attraction in Marina

Yesterday i bought an 28g Astronaut space jawbreaker that had alot of stems and tasted terrible like if you where to smoke firewood or dry up leafs so i went back to stizzy because my budtender wich is a girl even suggested it was top shelf flower wich it wasn't so manger said that i had to sent emails to stizzy and astronaut company wich i did but turns out that my email says that stizzy and astronaut was not supported that they cant receive mails and now im stuck with a 28g trash weed that im not going to smoke at all so i dont suggest stizzy in marina think twice before purchasimg there and never listen to the budtender they actully dont even know what they reffering to us the consumer and if stizzy really a good company reach out to me asap to my email. If not reach to me in 24hrs consider a costumer lost because iam not goimg to go back to the dispencery unless i get my product right or exchange like i said any other dispencery would off exchange it no problem specialy if they have a consumer like me that buys from 14g to 28g all the time remember stizzy the costumer is always right! Avoid This Place. Broken Carts & Scammy Behavior

I've been to a lot of dispensaries, but this STIIIZY location was by far the worst experience I've had. They sold me a broken cartridge and then acted like it was my fault. When I came back to exchange it, a woman named Nessaa not only refused to help, but actually tried to scam me by claiming it wasn't from their store, even though I had the receipt in hand and they have records of everything I've purchased and when I purchased it.

The customer service is shady, the products are unreliable, and the vibe is straight-up dishonest. STIIIZY is supposed to be a trusted brand, but this location is damaging their name.

This is just another example of why I've lost hope in humanity and turned to A.I. like ChatGPT. at least it doesn't try to gaslight and scam me after selling defective products.

One of the employees “P” called me “broke” implying that I have no money and that i have no car (when there was clearly a car in the parking lot), meanwhile I’m your shop to make purchases from the business. Find that super interesting. Calling your customers broke then hiding behind the security and women for protection. What a real man.

Even a former employee of this location doesn’t appreciate the way he’s treated as a customer. Extreme prejudice I’ve never went to any dispensary and was asked if i “had any weapons on me”.
