Center Street Market — Attraction in Marion

This is really a great little grocery store. I have found this store to be extraordinarily well thought out having many kinds of essential items that you may never find in a convenience or dollar store. Fresh vegetables, fruits, staples, high quality meats, baked goods.. It is great for me because it is easily within walking distance from my apartment on High Street. They got pretty much every essential item you need to make many american and ethnic recipes. They have sundries like pet food and they even have some baby food. Prices are surprisingly competitive. Some prices might be a tad more than you are used to but that is because they are stocking all name brands. But there are so many regular and fresh items that are just as inexpensive as Kroger. You might have nostalgia for some of the smith's dairy products. Decades ago Smiths delivered dairy products to us in the country and we grew quite fond of them. Nice little corner store in uptown Marion. They have *Enfimal Gentlease and the yellow Enfimal Formula *Little Baby Section with variety of baby/toddler essentials which I loved to see that at a corner market! *Fresh Produce *Milk/Dairy Products *Fresh Bakery Cookies, etc *Handmade Soaps *etc! I loved the antiques placed around the store. Very nice atmosphere! Staff was friendly but not the fastest at checking you out and they do accept EBT & WIC which is convenient but the WIC machine typically takes a few mins but that’s okay.
