I went in for the first time last week with my husband and unfortunately I didn't get the ladies name who helped us then. Today I went in with my son to get some links removed from his watch. They were all friendly and not only did they remove the links within a couple minutes they also helped him pick out and purchase a new watch. Today I had to do a quick pop in at Carroll's Jewelers for a ring sizing issue. When I pulled into the parking lot the 'closed' sign was on the door.
