This business is the definition of what a 5 star business should be. As a newbie bowler, I was a little leery about going shopping for a ball, bag, and shoes. The people here were extremely helpful and not-at-all pushy, making my experience a very positive one. They helped me pick the right items for me, without trying to get me to buy a bunch of extra things. They took care to make sure the measurements were correct for my fingers prior to drilling the holes, and that I was comfortable with the ball and that the holes were done correctly prior to me leaving with the finished ball. I will not ever come here. I already have a bad taste in my mouth after getting a notice saying I can't park in this parking lot unless I'm spending my time in the bowling alley and not visiting friends at the townhomes in the same parking lot. If I can't park where the lease owner's vehicles goes or in the LARGE parking lot for the this bowling alley, I can't park anywhere close by.
