My bill was $16.80. I looked at a picture of chicken alfredo couldn't think of the word so I went up to the register and tried to describe what I wanted. When the food arrived it was not what I wanted so I asked her if I could get what I wanted. She said not unless I wanted to pay for it again. I DIDN'T WANT WHAT SHE BOUGHT SO I DIDN'T EVEN TAKE THE TRAY OF FOOD. To keep from being rude left without eating or arguing. I can understand if I ate part of it but I pointed this out as she was about to pass it to me. I then wound up going home and cooking chicken alfredo because i didn't want to pay for another not having gotten the first. All for a small portion that was over priced to begin with. Worse yet Noodles & Company is right across the street from Olive Garden. I thought about eating there but was at work for 9 hours and thought it would be faster. It would have been, at best a dollar or two more I could have had all the soup I wanted and still took home my entree, breadsticks and more. Portions bigger too. I wanted and proper service. If you respond to this please understand but I don't just want somebody corporate combing over this poor service issue with some basic statement I would like it to genuinely be fixed I left my information both on your answering machine because I called corporate I also left my information in the email and we'll be calling back to the store to hopefully find an adult on a different day...they fixed it.i went back in today with the service i initially...
Read moreI love Noodles and Company’s Pad Thai and their Grilled Orange Chicken Lo Mein. Both are fantastic dishes. So I usually get either of these two delicious dishes. My wife usually gets the Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken. Last Saturday I decided to give this dish a try as well, and glad I did, as it tasted excellent! Definitely will order this again in the future! For all their dishes, Noodles and Company offers the choice between regular and small. I always go with the regular size. Two weeks ago, I ordered the Pad Thai for myself and the Zucchini Pesto with Grilled Chicken for my wife, both regular size. Because there are usually only one or two parties in the dining room, we usually eat in the dining room. After opening my container, I noticed that the portion was way smaller than normal. The container wasn’t even filled half. When I went back to the counter to ask if they maybe had given me a small portion rather than the regular portion I’d ordered, the employee argued that I’d received a regular portion. I went back to get my wife’s container, that was filled almost up to the edge and weighed more than twice of mine, and showed it to the employee, but she continued to argue. I guess I always must have gotten super extra-large portions in the past… I didn’t want the food to get cold, so I gave up. I’m sorry Noodles and Company, but I had to knock off a star because of...
Read moreWhere do I start? Getting charged an extra 1.25 for a little pad Thai sauce for the non existent sauce on my noodles? The hair in my food? The cashier (young black girl) who gave me ONE lemon for my water and said it's one lemon per customer. Um no you can have as many lemons as are in the drink area they are free for the taking no limit. Or the no lime with my pad Thai meal. Or the no cabbage like maybe literally a half teaspoon of chopped cabbage. No joke. Or the fact that they refuse to answer the phone and when I bring it to their attention they all stand around and none of the 5 workers can try to call the restaurant phone and see what's wrong with it? Or the white girl with dark hair sweeping the same area for 10 minutes glaring at me while I'm waiting for my food. The only nice employee was a young Hispanic woman who served my food. Everyone else was awful. I've never been charged for extra pad Thai sauce. And I've never seen so little of it on my food. I got eggs and noodles and nothing else.
The food, the attitude, the cheapskate lemon limit, the hair in my food, and the quality of the food and people working except for the Hispanic girl is why this restaurant deserves a 0 star rating. Try other Asian or Thai places instead of this Americanized fake Thai food. The tiny sliver of purple cabbage is the only purple...
