This has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company. It's like one of those movies where everything just goes wrong at every single turn and there seems to be no way to end happily. The store location experience was fantastic. We worked with Anthony and he was amazing. Got us into a bed and frame that I assume we'll love when we eventually get it. We purchased the bed on Black Friday and was told delivery would be December 28th. A buddy of mine had gotten his bed a week prior after ordering his in September because the frame was broken in transit. They show up and install the bed and are going over the features. We asked how to raise the feet up on the App and were told by the installer that we didn't order that model. We explained that we did and after some research they realized they gave us the wrong frame where only the head would adjust. This wasn't a huge deal in the meantime as we could just adjust the head. The guys leave and said they'd call us when we get the new frame delivery rescheduled. I get a phone call an hour later from a customer service rep saying they're sorry and they pushed out our next delivery another month but would get me in touch with Tech Support to get the head adjustment on the frame we had working. That lady tells me that it's literally impossible to make that frame work with our App since they're essentially set up in the store prior to building the bed to only work with our account. That seems insane so I called the store to try and speak to Anthony who was gone. The lady I spoke with at the store within 90 seconds said we can come in and get a remote to tie us over. She solved an issue that tech support couldn't figure out in 45 minutes on the phone. So fast forward to our next date at the end of January for delivery, we get a call saying that our delivery has been cancelled due to the tech. I don't know if he/she was sick or what. They rescheduled our delivery for today between 9-12. I called the store at 11:15 because I hadn't heard anything from anybody, they had called to confirm/reschedule all the other deliveries, and am told that I will get rescheduled once again due to the heavy snow. This ONE time I can actually understand, but it's has been an insanely frustrating experience. You pay 8-10k for a product, literally a used car, and to just be jerked around constantly is crazy. On top of that, I can't cut my losses and go with a different company for a bed apparently. I've been told that I can return everything except for the bed frame. That all sales on the frame are final... So the one item that I have yet to get in the past 90 days, is the one item that apparently was a final sale. I want to reiterate that the store staff was great to work with, but after you purchase the item, they're done and it's only the customer service/techs that you're left...

The order took 3 weeks and it was the a full size that they sent me on January 26th. They brought up my file and they knew i had a queen size bed.I sent the full size one back had to reorder a queen. To fit my queen bed.That would take another 3 weeks. February 20th So i thought. But no bed frame. I bought it for my husband. In the mean time my husband passed away on January 28th. I had to wait 10 more days before i got it. when we put the bed back together the pump went out. Still can't use bed Now i had to get another pump. Read moreThis is my second sleepnumber. I gave the first one away to some friends that needed a kingsize bed. I loved the bed but with my husband passing away I did not need that large size. The guest bedroom bed does not provide the same quality of sleep I chose a p5 360 smart bed with 360 Flexfit 2 mattress. I know it will be nice to sleep well again. The only thing I do not understand is.. Why can't a remote come with a bed that is (not) a split mattress. Thats like buying a Mercedes with out a passenger seat. The bed is expensive yes?
