I had a very unpleasant experience at this car wash with my friend, and I feel compelled to share it. We went there like usual to clean our cars, paid for the service, and started vacuuming. The place was busy, but everything seemed fine until we noticed a new employee, John, who kept staring at us. It wasn’t just a casual glance—he was clearly watching us for a while, which made me uncomfortable.
After about 10 minutes of vacuuming, which we needed because both of our cars were pretty dirty, John approached my friend and kept telling him to hurry up. I didn't think much of it at first, but then, after we hit the 20-minute mark, he came to both of us and said we needed to leave. I asked him why, and his response was that we were "pigs." I was taken aback by his rude and unprofessional attitude, so I asked him why he was acting like that. He then told me that he was the owner of the car wash and that he could say whatever he wanted, which was incredibly disrespectful.
To add to the situation, John, who looked like he was in his late 50s or early 60s, got right in my face like he was ready to fight or something. I was only 23, and his aggression was unnerving. I tried to stay calm and went to wash my car, but he followed me, continuing to stare, and even started laughing. To top it off, he got on his phone and seemed to be trying to call the cops on us. This behavior felt entirely out of line and unprofessional, and it made the entire experience extremely uncomfortable.
I genuinely felt that his actions were racially motivated, and it was clear that he didn’t deserve our business. It’s unfortunate because the car wash itself is typically a decent place to go, but this experience with John left a very bad impression. Read moreAwful place! Stay away!!! I paid $20 for “Silver” service. And was in shock when I saw my car after the wash. It looked like it just went through the exterior wash only. I was advised by the owner that the wash I chose only included vacuuming and dusting the dash board and steering wheel. Everything else, that other car washes provide for free, like rinsing rugs, vacuuming a trunk, wiping the seats - is extra in this place. But even vacuuming and wiping was not done properly.. when I showed him missed spots he said that vacuum is not able to pick up everything. He was super rude also.
I was stupid not to believe multiple negative reviews. This place was the closest and I have a small baby at home. Never again!!!

PS. The pics I uploaded are of the dashboard, steering wheel etc. The ones that were included in in Silver package! As you can see there is dust remaining on them. And also the dirt that “cannot be picked up by your vacuum”. In addition to the dirty side window, wiping of which also included in the silver package! Apparently there is something wrong with the business and your customer service, as you have to defend/ trying prove yourself right and customers wrong, every negative comment coming your way, of which there are plenty.
