Get YO Frozen Yogurt Cafe — Attraction in Marlboro Township

When you walk in you’re greeted with three trash cans which are there for Rush Hour. However, later in the evening there were none available. The owner didn't seem happy and didn't have any solution when I asked why theirs no garbages. It seemed as though the smell of the garbage at the door makes sense. The original sour yogurt the owner actually gave us a Macaroon set for it being bad. This time the reason the cup left behind due to the machine spilling on the handle and not coming out which was told to the onsite person working (i think owner) - There are no napkins at the machines either - Referring to waste control, I. can imagine packaging is high - thats another reason to offer a garbage in the back, or you have to hand out the cups one by one.

Customer Service is poor, the froyo is halfway decent but when it comes to speaking with your customers i think a team traning might be good on soft skills. We both spoke about the trash in person, i am not sure what the conflict was since there weren't any options in the back. When you were notified you stormed off. Reviews aren't here against you, its just what we happened to run into this...

A bald man with an eastern European accent came out from the kitchen to yell at my wife because she touched a button on the frozen yogurt machine. We've never been here before and thought we could select the dairy option. My wife is allergic to Soy so we were trying to select regular cow milk or something else. Well, Luckily I was there to calm him down and things didn't escalate into a shouting match in front of children and families. His behavior made us think he was a customer at first but then we realized he worked there. He was incredibly rude. That's probably why they keep him in the back! The best thing about this place is they cater to children and give young people jobs. We will not be supporting this establishment. First and last...

We just found this place a week ago my son comes into the store to purchase our low-fat or sugar-free yogurt. He was skeptical at first because it's hard to find a good yogurt place since we used to a place in Brooklyn New York that was fabulous. The owner helped my son with the various products that were either low sugar no sugar or low fat. We both must say that the peanut butter we consistently get was absolutely delicious we were very impressed with the quality and the taste. I know it seems a little pricey but with the cost of everything today it doesn't seem out of place and with the quality it's worth it my son signed up to get the rewards because we're going to be coming to this place...
