I visited this location today, and was unhappy with my experience. I came in, and there were some girls in the front who did not welcome me, which I was totally fine with. I already knew what products I wanted, however, I somehow wandered into an aisle of the brand one size because I wanted to test their new setting powder. As I was testing the product, I could see from my peripheral that someone was at the end of the isle just staring at me. I turned to look and it was a beauty advisor who immediately asked me if I needed help and I told her I already knew what I was looking for hoping that she would just walk away and let me shop peacefully, instead, she asked me if I knew the shade of the product that I wanted, after I told her the shade, she brought it to me along with the other product that I had said I came in for and she walked to the register with my products in hand. It might seem like she was trying to be helpful, but she was not. She just wanted to target me and get a sale because I had already told her that I knew what I wanted and it was a guaranteed sale for her. Still, this did not mean that those were all the products I wouldāve left with had she not interrupted my shopping. The girl could clearly tell that I was upset, but of course she didnāt care because she just wanted to make sure the cashier gave her credit for the sale. It is OK to ask your guests if they need help, but it is also important to let people shop in peace without hovering over their neckā¦one because no one likes to be followed and two because no one wants to feel pressured. It is time for Sephora to come up with a new strategy. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was in need of some beauty supplies that Sephora carries and while their online ordering website stated they were out of the items, this store carried them because they had those heavily requested items on reserve for all new stores, I was told. Now some of you may ask, how do they compare against Ulta? Sephora carries more high-end brands, such as Chanel, Tatcha, Tom Ford to name a few, whereas Ulta offers some brand name beauty products as well as more drugstore options. Like Ulta, Sephora also has their own make-up brand called, Sephora Collection which is their affordable beauty products.
The space here is a bit tight and it was quite packed by the time I came to pick up a few things. During the transiting time with face masks: to wear or not to wear, most of the customers wore their face masks and all the store employees wore theirs. You will find Biossance (ā¢) Squalane Hand sanitizers throughout the store which is very comforting. As I came in to look for my needs, I was a bit overwhelmed trying to journey through, a wonderful sales associate named Winter found me and helped me find all my desired products. I am happy to say, they carry my much beloved LANEIGE products, Farmacy and Glow Recipe. The lovely sales associate Winter also helped color match me for the latest foundation I was eyeing.

I was looking for a particular lipgloss color and I couldn't find it out in the display. In fact the testers were all mixed up everything was disorganized and they didn't have a lot of stock out. Nobody was around to help me so I just opened the bottom drawer because I know there is backstock in there. There was a ton of lip glosses in the drawer so I was searching for the Color I wanted when one of the employees came up and chastise me telling me "you can't just go looking in the draw hon" I said that's fine I'd be happy to have you help me -while you're looking I'm going to walk around the store and look for something else I need and I told her the color I wanted. after a few moments I looked for her and she was too busy talking to another employee not looking for anything and seemingly couldn't care less. At that point, I took my purchases to the register and I let the person at the register know when she asked me if anybody was helping me what had happened to which she didn't respond anything lol.
