This year I spent just around $1700 on chiropractic services. When I woke up on Black Friday my neck was absolutely killing me, as it has been for most of 2020 - Over the course of 2020 I’ve spent just over $1700 on chiropractic services which has helped extend my range of motion so much but not nearly to the extent I was expecting for someone thats 30 year old. I stopped into Tempur-Pedic looking for a neck pillow in hopes that the pillow might alleviate some the pain. I was greeted by Diana who set me up on a bed to test out the neck pillow for size… The pillow was amazing, but I couldn’t get over how comfortable the mattress was. I made a comment about the bed and and all she said was “All these experts say that sleep is the most important eight hours of your life every single day, so why wouldn’t you treat yourself the way you do with other things”
Diana definitely made a point that I hadn’t considered so I told her I would think about it but id likely be coming back to get either the mattress or the pillow. Never at one point did she try to push the sale and I think thats the part of the experience that I enjoyed the most. I got to talk with Diane and the other associates about the what if’s and why with regard to the bed but none of the sales reps ever pushed the issue. For me that was a sign of how confident they are in the products they sell, and after just a couple of weeks of using it I am deff starting to feel relieved in spots of my back and neck that had been bothering me for the better course of a year.
Now I don’t know if if realized how important sleep is, I have a newfound enjoyment of watching boring television shows, or because I bought a $3000 bed but there is no questions that I have been spending more time on my bed now than I ever have before. One of my concerns pre-purchase was that I don’t sleep much as is and her response was something to the effect of do you at least have an enjoyable sleep at night/ how do you wake up feeling (always complaining about my neck and back like I’m 100 years old).
The bed I ended up getting was the Adapt model (entry level bed) with the ergo base and it has changed my entire mindset with regard to sleep. Ive always been aware of how important sleep is but I never loved my bed and therefore would never be motivated to go lay down or relax. When I walk past my bed now I actually look forward to the next time I’m getting into it (as corny as that may sound). The first night I had the mattress it felt pretty hard and the first morning I woke up my back felt a little stiff, but it quickly loosened up and went on to feel great. Since I got the bed I wake up in the morning and don’t feel stiff as a board. I don’t have to wake up and slowly stretch my neck shoulders, etc. and when I try to crack my back like I used to in the morning I can’t anymore, (I also don’t feel the need to crack my back either).
If you are hurting like me and don’t know what else to do this might be an investment you want to consider. I know everyone that reads this won’t be from the area I am but if you’re in or around the central jersey area, you should go in to the Tempur-Pedic in Marlboro and see my lady @Diana_Warner for yourself. If she isn’t there, the other staff were just as friendly as she was, and if you let them know you’re thinking about getting something or you heard something about Tempur-Pedic they will provide you an unbelievable experience.…and if you don’t know, now you know.
P.S.: I am planning on updating this review bi-annually with regard to my...
Read moreMy husband, John and I are just starting our mattress research. We were just driving on route 9 and stopped in.
Your salesperson Stuart Schneiweis was incredible. He was engaged, asked questions he was empathetic to our needs. And he knew the products.
I had very special needs from injuries and my husband has specific needs as well.
We were in your flahship store in Marlboro for over an hour.
Stuart, used all the safety guidelines with the bed protectors and we laid on quite a few beds.
We had not known what the prices were prior to walking, and found them to be quite pricey. But your salesman was able to show my squeaky husband the true value of this type of comfort and the need for sleep.
My family and John and I own and have owned customer serviced based businesses and we know the importance of a great sales team.
Due to life at this time, we could not purchase the sleep system and pillows. Stuart Schneiweis was gracious enough to continue to help us, so that when we have all our ducks in a row and our finances come together in September we won't need to shop around anymore.
It's rare to find someone who is able to read your needs, give you the space so you feel relaxed and knows so much about the product that you feel secure about making the right choice for you.
So, I'm sure you get alot of praise for Stuart Schneiweis, and because of the time, attention, knowledge and experience we had with him, we will be back when we are ready to take our terperpedic cooling sleep system home and it's because your salesperson took the time and effort.

Read moreUpdating my review from 3 stars to 5 stars. I ended up disliking the original pillow I bought that didn’t “fit” me well. The manager, Quadri, is fantastic. He took the time to listen to my concerns. He fitted me for a pillow properly and made sure I was comfortable. He instantly knew what to recommend. He didn’t ask me to update this but I really appreciate him taking the time. I’m satisfied with my pillow and purchase now. Thank you.
Much prefer the Tempur-Pedic in Bridgewater. I feel I’m being generous with a 3 star review. Maybe my personality just wasn’t meshing with Rachel but I didn’t feel as welcome and this felt very transactional. I felt very judged and walked out feeling worse even though I just spent $300 on pillows. The pillow boxes were really beat up and she had to tape them together. She also made us feel bad for getting a Tempur-pedic mattress through Costco and not the store (even though they’re an authorized retailer). When I said we didn’t get an adjustable bed, she threw her hands out and went “whatttt”. And I explained that’s just not feasible in our living situation. The pressure to leave a review was also a bit too much. At one point there was a joke of “well, I know where you live” and I get that it was a joke but...
