We visited here last night. There was a young gentleman at the concessions who yelled at a little girl working the counter with him. The little girl told him she was going to get more large popcorn buckets because they were out. He proceeded to yell at her in front of everyone remind you there was very long lines. Told her to not worry about it and just get back here and help him. I understand it can be frustrating when you are busy but it was very unprofessional and the look on her face after he yelled at her in front of all These people in the lobby you could tell she was very uncomfortable and embarrassed. When I got up to the counter I asked for a large popcorn because I had a family of 5 and he was like nope we’re out. I knew they weren’t because she tried to go get some and the other side was selling them. So there went your sales because multiple people in line requested them.
Next hardly any to no ice in my soda they gave it to Me dripping everywhere.
Sold Out of pretzels
I asked for extra butter didn’t get it.
Told us they were out of water bottles.
So I’m very frustrated at this point.
Get to the movie part. The movie was so loud it was hard to enjoy it. I took my two little ones to see Moana 2. My kids kept closing there ears because it was just extremely to loud. I dreaded everytime they had to get to singing parts because it made it even louder.
Left with a migraine.
Movie was actually good but was not...
Read moreThis theater is very poorly managed and we will not be going there ever again. We tried to watch a movie there with our 4 children this evening but after waiting 30 minutes beyond the advertised start time it had yet to begin. We spoke with the young girl in the ticket counter, but she could only say that the manager had left and there was nothing she could do. 15 minutes later we finally got her to call the manager who explained to her how to push the start button. Unfortunately this did not start the movie, only the pre-movie local advertisements (not the previews). The young girl assured us that when they were done the movie would start. A few minutes later the manager arrived. We requested our money back because it was getting late and tomorrow was a school day but the manager gave us a hard time. First telling us that the movie was running now (which was not the case, the local advertisements were still running) and we should simply go in and watch it, and later that he could only offer free passes. Throughout the discussion he was very rude and condescending. When he finally agreed to provide us a refund, we found that they gave us $7.00 less than we originally paid. Interestingly, while speaking with the young girl, she mentioned that this happens all the time. Do not waste your time and money going to this movie theater. Sure it is cheap, but you get what you pay for and...
Read moreThis place is a joke. prices have went up entirely too much for this place. went two times in a time span of like 2 weeks and both times we had went , they were out of ice , hotdogs, pretzels, nacho cheese, etc. trash everywhere in theaters, there were no soap or toilet paper in girls bathroom, doors were broken in the restroom. ppl were complaining that there movie was delayed by like 20-30 minutes, or it would come on and then turn right off. we went to see sonic 3 and when the movie started, the lights were STILL on, and we could not see with the glare, and had to go and report it and even then it took them like a while to come and turn them off. we went to one of the concessions to get snacks and then they told us that they wanted us to go to the other one to get snacks, ( don’t know if they were just not wanting to work, or if they genuinely was just out of everything.) we went one time to see Moana 2 and they had assigned seats and they assigned us to the VERY BACK of the theater, which I thought was rude because some ppl rather sit up to enjoy there movie they PAID for, or sit up close due to vision. don’t spend your money here, go to a better movie theater such as Winchester or Hagerstown and pay the extra money for...
