Two stars for the front office. My patience has outgrown their stupidity. Front office needs a new manager to train their front office workers better. Front office lacks aloha, empathy and accurate billing estimates, accurate appointment scheduling and most importantly accountability for their mistakes. No apologies have been made to me for each and all of the inconveniences. They show no desire to change or improve their customer service protocols. The x-ray machines are handheld and not attached to the ceiling, which increases the chances of blurry images and exposes the poor technician to unnecessary radiation.
Teeth are cleaned in a non conventional way. My teeth definitely do not feel as clean after this visit than the other offices I've been to.
