Starbucks — Restaurant in Maui

As you can see I love to go here and in my opinion this is maybe The Best Starbucks in the island of Maui. With a consistent upbeat and good energy atmosphere, and where there fast dedicated workers I go to other Starbucks as well but this one in Dairy Road Kahului is amazing. It can be busy, it can be a holiday, weekday, or weekday they will give there best. I appreciate all of them firstly of working and being there to attend there shift like to thank them for that, than for being, kind, attentive, and patient. Thank you and keep up the great work, and have to give a big shoutout to Gabby and Tia. Gabby who is always consistently working with kindness ease but efficient focused gets the job done 100% and she is amazing at making the drinks, and honestly when she makes the drinks it’s 100/10. I would recommend asking for her and another person working there would be Tia, I came in one day and it was kind of busy and she was in the middle of doing something but I needed a table clean and without any attitude but with kindness and smile wiped it right away, she also is a fast efficient worker. I say all this because it is hard to look for good workers especially like these ones, so really proud to live near this location and be there customer, keep doing great things y’all . They despite working there do something I like to follow through a quote which is “Why fit in when you’re born to standout”. Number 1 Starbucks in the island in my opinion...

Lately, I’ve been visiting Starbucks frequently to unwind from the stress of studying. It’s a relaxing place, and even though I don’t spend a long time there, it feels like a special gift I give myself.

Last week, after a stressful day at work, I stopped in to focus on my tasks. I’m very sensitive to caffeine, especially in the late evening, so I usually avoid coffee. However, I made a mistake and wanted to try a new menu item, which led to a mix-up with my order. When my drink came out, I was a bit flustered.

The staff member noticed my reaction and kindly asked, “How can I help you?” I apologized for the mix-up and explained that I thought I had ordered a Green Tea fappuccino. Without hesitation, she said she'd make a new one for me!

It’s not about the money spent, but the quality of service was truly touching. Her small act of consideration uplifted my mood. While it’s the same Starbucks chain, this kind of excellent service enhances the brand's value. I believe that if you can receive such pleasant service for the same price, it makes the experience...

They always get my drinks wrong, I got a caramel ribbon frap and it was all whip cream at the bottom and I always ask for light ice but they fill it up with ice. They always out of strawberry puree. It’s frustrating because I don’t want to correct them at the window sounding like one Karen when all I want is my drink and pup cup for my dog. My dog is satisfied but not me and that makes no sense. Just the other day I gave the cashier $20 for two drink and a pup cup and she gave my change then then my pup cup and we sat there for a minute and asked me if I needed anything else , yea the two drink I ordered and got change back for. This happens more often than not and I drop my man off in the morning to work and all I need to start my morning is a nice Trenta black iced tea that I personalize every time. Wailuku Starbucks will now be my go to cuz it’s kinda lame having to correct them all the time. It would be nice to see a little bit more focus from the girls...
