I dropped my Apple Watch Series 6 off on 01/09/24 cause I had previously texted the owner regarding the repair of my cracked screen. Now at the time of drop off everything worked fine on the watch, for the exception of the cracked screen. I was told that parts needed to be ordered but that the watch would be ready in a few days. After reaching out to the company on Friday 01/12/24 I was informed that the repair hadn’t been completed and that the watch would be ready the following day. On Saturday the company said that parts hadn’t arrived and the watch would be completed early the following week. On 01/16/24 I followed up and was told that the parts would be in on the 17th. I asked late on the 17th if the watch would be ready and I was informed that the watch screen was replaced but that the touch features don’t work due to a bad cable. I was advised that a cable was damaged and that it needs fixing I was told that the price to fix the cable and screen was going to be $380plus tax instead of the $160 I was quoted. After complaining to the company that it was unacceptable that I dropped off a working watch and now have a completely useless watch, they decided not to charge the $60 diagnostic fee as a “courtesy”. I picked up the watch and now it doesn’t power up at all. Please be aware that as soon as I questioned the company regarding the damaged cable, they immediately blocked me on Facebook so that I couldn’t leave a negative review. So in summation, I dropped my watch off at a repair shop for over a week just for them to return it to me more broken than when I dropped it off. Update: this business is dishonest, my watch touch screen absolutely worked fine when I dropped it off how else was I able to unlock it for the person I gave it to so they could fix. If it didn’t work they would have said so when I dropped the watch off or when they ordered the replacement screen. You should just keep fixing laptop screens cause you don’t know what you’re doing when trying to fix watches. If I could have given you zero stars I would have.

Took in an Apple Watch Series 6 to get fixed. Was told $100 for diagnostic that could be applied as credit towards final pricing. The tech mentioned "at times they can get the watch going with full diagnostic". Took about 4 days to hear back and was told they would need further hardware replacement, he then mentioned the motherboard was the main component that was fried. He said current pricing for a mother board is $300. On top of not being able to fix my watch. He charged me $50 more so $150 total because of screen replacements and working extra hours on the watch. Overall I would highly recommend you do not take your Apple Watch here. Target has the apple watch series for $169 new and the Apple Watch SE is $249 The guy is definitely a nice person but I'm unsure he knew what he was doing but definitely feel he overcharged $150 for not having fixed a broken watch. From other reviews, it seems like he can fix other devices but do not recommend bringing your apple watch here. Just buy a new one. Would give 0 stars if possible. EDIT: The IGUY is saying i was never his customer, here is proof of our messages so he can stop lying.

*****iGuy Highly Recommended***** Where do I start? I had originally sent my iPad for repair at a different location. Upon fixing it, the previous location damaged my iPad’s Home button. I went to three different locations where they all stated that my iPad’s button was unrepairable, they would have to replace the whole button and the touch sensor would stop working. I went to iGuy with the idea that the whole piece had to be replaced, the staff was very honest, assisted with mounting the Home button to it’s original place, assisted with applying new adhesive around the screen for better holding and my iPad is back on 100% working condition. NO Need to replace Anything!!!! I wish I had known about these guys before i let anyone else touch my device!

This business will scam you out of money and will try to lie and use vague technical terminology and jargon to get away with it. They will also tell you one price and when you come to pick up your device they will tell you they had to do more things and then charge you upwards of +$60 to get your property back

I have been forced into getting the Better Business Bureau involved and will be glad to update this once the owner comes to their senses as I have tried working with them to find a solution already and I was met with disrespect and attitude. Unless you want to go through the same headache I am going through, as long as your phone issue is simple, then theiguy MIGHT be able to fix it, but even then you're better off going to any other business or a mall kiosk. You might even have a better chance with that one person you know that knows a little more about technology than you do. I got my phone back and it was worse than it was when I left it with them. There is also no communication between the owner and associates, so do not believe what the associates say although they...
