To clarify, you ONLY responded after WE followed up nearly a week later. Your offer to âwork it outâ included either paying 3â4x more (around $2K with fees) or âtransferring to friends,â which you know arenât realistic solutions.
Had you responded as promptly as you did to this review, you could have reopened the time slot much sooner. And letâs be honestâavailability for the entire weekend is still open, except for one existing reservation. It seems like youâre struggling to book new reservations, which doesnât reflect well on your business and yet doesnât surprise me given what Iâm seeing here.
After revisiting past reviews, I stand by my decision not to bring my 12-month-old into an environment with much older kids, where injuries have been noted with photo evidence. You should consider making reasonable exceptions and thinking about long-term goodwill in the community instead of rigidly enforcing policies that drive potential customers away.
Not only will I be sure to never visit your establishment, but Iâll also be sure to share my experience with other local parents.

Unfortunately not very responsive and lack empathy to the customer regarding their policy on refunds.
We quickly realized having made an error and within a business day asked for a refund given the reservation wasnât for private use of the space as we thought and were ignored until we followed up again nearly a week later, to have the policy shoved back in our face and be told âplans are already being madeâ
Itâs a kidâs birthday party two months out, no plans are being made. If they had responded within a quicker timeframe and without having us chase them, they would have had the space opened back up for other potential reservations.
Very unfortunate as the reasoning for it not being a good fit today is solely due to our daughterâs young age at less than one. The other reviews made clear that bigger kids are often present and as itâs not a private party, we simply arenât comfortable having her in that environment yet. On the weekends, they will close for a party without notice other than a sign on the door. I follow them on Facebook and check google hours, nothing about them being closed. So, 40 mins round trip with 2 excited kids just to be told they are closed is annoying. At least get the word out online. I understand parties come first, but other play places will state they are closed.
Then, last time my 3 year old kept being told to stop running! We have never been told not to run at a play place. I thought thatâs why they wear grip socks. So the whole time I was reminding a 3 year old not to run which is ridiculous, he was excited. This is where we go to have fun. So the worker was basically watching us the whole time and made me feel super uncomfortable. I asked her if we can have a refund on our membership as this is no longer a happy place for us. She called her manager and the manager told her to tell us yes, just send an email.
I sent THREE emails, a week and a half later I finally got a response. They said they tried to call me and left a vm. Funny, no call or vm. I did get a vague call later that night from a number not in our area code but I am unsure if that was from this place and I was dealing with a sick kid.
