I’m already a person who loves pizza but this pizza is delicious. Always freshly cooked to order, great customer service, ingredients always fresh. I eat this pizza maybe 3/5 days a week. Melinda is very kind and sweet always greets me with a smile. I recommend this place to anyone. This is like one of my favorites pepperoni, itialian sausage and jalapeño. SO IF YOU’RE IN MCKINNEY YOU SHOULD STOP BY!!!!!

Sooo happy they added a Napoli’s pizza down the street from me! I have frequented the one in Allen and always loved it. This one is for to-go’s only but is super convenient and I have never been disappointed in the quality. My go to is the supreme pizza with the loaded toppings. Always hits the spot. Also, very friendly staff and great customer service.

DEATHSTAAAARRRRRRRR stole the show for my May the Fourth be with you celebration. We got the extra large for 3 people and had just enough left over for a cold breakfast slice. The shop is really cute on the inside and the employees were patient with my ramblings. Thanks guys

Pros: Pretty darn good pizza for the price Service was excellent Fresh ingredients

Cons: Crust was fine. Could use some flavor

These guys just opened up so I wanted to try it out as they're less than 5 min from my house. The service was really great and had a really great "trust me bro" kind of policy where they just want to make sure you're happy when you leave. The flavor of the pizza was pretty good. Decent flavor, but good for the price. I got a 12'' pizza and split it for lunch and dinner; about $6.50 for each meal ($13 total). The only thing is that the crust seems lacking a bit. It could be that there might be an option to get a garlic butter crust or something, but i'm not sure as I didn't look. Regardless, overall it was a really great experience and i'll be...

Excellent to-go pizza! As always!! No dine-in, but wonderful pizza with fresh veggie ingredients. Highly recommend! (Sidenote: We’ve been eating Napoli’s food for YEARS, beginning in the early/mid-90s at what we think was their original location in Garland. As I recall, the founders were mom and pop who ran the place, and also their son whom we dubbed “Fast Eddie” because he always moved around so quickly directing the kitchen to get food out fast and hot/fresh…he was a real character who always greeted us by name when we walked in as we were quite the regulars. And we’ve continued to enjoy Napoli’s food at their locations in multiple other DFW area towns...

Ordered the chicken parm - I've had it from other Napoli locations many times, but this one was different. I'd like to start off by saying if you like a lot of spices/herbs, it's great. The chicken was wonderful, and my boyfriend really liked the pasta - so this is mostly my own experience. Unfortunately, one bite of the pasta was overwhelming for me. There also seemed to be a spicy tinge as well that left my tongue numb - are there chili flakes in the sauce? I have a mild allergy to most peppers. I did not disclose this because the listing made no mention of spiciness and other locations didn't include it. I'll be sure to mention it next...
