This Black Rock Coffee location is truly one of a kind! The team that Meli and Jeeda have put together is outstanding!!! Customer service here is a thousand out of ten. Every single time I come through, whether at the drive-thru or inside, I’m greeted with kindness, energy, and genuine care. They honestly go above and beyond, and it makes such a difference.

I love this location so much that I’ll happily drive 30 minutes just to come here!! And yes, I even come twice a day sometimes because the experience is that good! I’ve tried plenty of other coffee shops in the area, but nothing compares. The coffee and the fuels here are legit—rich, balanced, and never just “sugar in a cup.” You can really taste the difference.

I’ve visited other Black Rock locations too, and while they’re good, it’s night and day compared to the team Meli and Jeeda have created here. They’ve built something truly special. As someone who’s new to the state, the way they’ve welcomed me and made me feel like part of the community means so much!! That’s why I’ll always keep coming back.

I only wish they’d open one closer to me, but until then, this will always be my Black Rock. Huge thanks to Meli and Jeeda, and the entire team for making every visit such...

Very underwhelming first time experience. Went through the drive-thru, they cannot hear anything being said, maybe due to road noise, but I had to basically yell my order. I ordered myself a coffee drink and two kids hot chocolates. Pulled up to the window and they handed me my hot coffee drink in a proper insulated cup but then proceeded to hand me the kids hot chocolates in kids plastic drink cups with a straw😳??! it was really hot to the touch in my hands and absolutely did not make sense to be in this type of cup. I asked her if she could put these in an insulated cup, and she told me they don’t have kids insulated cups. So then I asked “why not just put them in a small “adult” insulated cup?!” It’s not that difficult, and was almost comical, but they both looked at me like I was the crazy one. After discussing quietly amongst themselves for a few minutes, they then poured them into the cups I asked them to. I have never encountered this before and have been to numerous coffee shops. I was excited about this location but that was just too much difficulty...
