Oh my word this place was great! My 2 big babies loved it. I really liked how there is a corral where you can unleash the dogs. The babies immediately ran to the end of the field and did multiple sprints from one end to the other.
I also loved how empty this place is. We have very routy pups so I'm always worried about socializing them outside of their daycare.
The only thing that was unfortunate was that there is literally no shade inside the fencing which made for a short outing but I get the concept so it's fine.
Overall great location. The watering place was just too hot for my liking but I brought their water bottles. It's city water and my pups get filtered.
We will definitely be back on...
Read moreThere’s lots of trees here so the shade is really nice when it’s hot out. My dogs weren’t a huge fan of there being mostly wood chips as terrain at this park. When my Golden would run after the ball some chips would fly up into her eyes and mouth and she clearly (and over dramatically) would put on a display of how much she didn’t like the taste. Honestly it’s a good, clean park and some of the local residents who frequent there are really nice but because there’s just not much actual grass, I probably won’t be returning here. It’s not as large as other parks as well, so if you live close by, it’s a great compromise, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for this specific...
Read moreThis park really is great! It is however getting a bit more crowded at peak times with all of the growth in the area. Nbd so far. Timing is everything! My only concern would be the mulch. The black tarps underneath have shown through for a good year! I'm not talking about it sticking up in just a few places either. It's yards of material causing trip hazards for those that play fetch. I've seen numerous dog's go tumbling on the chase at full speed and one actually tear their acl. Love to see them come up with a solution for this! Don't forget to wear some mosquito spray if you plan to...
