I have tried this place three times, each time has been progressively worst. The first time I ordered Carnitas Tacos, very small not much flavor. The second time that I went to this Taco Shop, I ordered beef Taquetoes, wasn’t good at all. This time I went, I forgot just how bad the Beef Taquitos really were, but I did Remember that that Beef was cheep, so this time I ordered the Chicken, which also was a big mistake. After eating one of the five, I had to send it back, I almost broke a tooth. The guy fried the hell out of the Taquitos. After thinking about these three visits, I HAVE COME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT, these people have no idea of what they are doing. This food is not being made properly, it’s being brought in frozen and canned, they are no peeping the food. They dont really give you any food, and the food that they give you is cheep, and they give you very little of it. A 1/2 oz of beans, an 1/2. oz of Rice, two of the cheapest items to produce on a menue? The Taquitos were razor thin, no meat and hard as hell! You guys were serving this stuff up in California? I don’t really think that you are going to make it here in Texas. This food is horrible. I Wii never be coming back to this place, and I would advise everyone to steer clear of this place, because you will be sadly disappointed in the quality and taste of this food. Just look at some of the reviews and pictures of the Taquitos, those are not the Taquitos that were served to me, the one that were served to me we Boxed Frozen Cheep, no Home made like the ones in the photos, so the are doing a bait a switch, very dishonest. If you don’t have what’s on the menue, tell people, don’t slip them garbage, thinking that they won’t be able to tell the difference, this just costs you valuable customers, not good...
Read moreLet me start by saying that I'm a firm believer in two things: a hearty breakfast and the sanctity of my order. This morning, however, one of those beliefs was thoroughly tested at Valerie's Toco Shop that usually never disappoints. Now, I'm not one to shy away from giving credit where it's due. This joint knows how to whip up a breakfast that could make even Leslie Knope nod in approval. Their chorizo, egg, ham, and potato concoction is a masterpiece—a breakfast symphony, if you will.
But today, ladies and gentlemen, the breakfast gods must have been on vacation, leaving my order in the hands of someone who clearly missed the memo. Instead of the glorious chorizo fiesta I had been dreaming of, I found myself face-to-face with a plate of carne asada. Don't get me wrong; carne asada is not terrible. It's like a used Ford Dart—decent, but definitely not the souped-up Mustang I was expecting.
Now, I'm not one to raise a ruckus, but when you're anticipating a breakfast masterpiece and end up with the wrong flavor profile, it's a bit like expecting a carnivore's delight and getting a herbivore's surprise. A disappointment, to say the least. In the grand scheme of life, a breakfast mix-up might not be the end of the world, but in the delicate dance of morning rituals, it's a stumble that's hard to overlook. Here's to hoping the breakfast gods return soon, and my next visit brings back the glorious harmony of chorizo, egg, ham, and potato.
In Chorizo,Ham,Egg, Potato we...

I have had a couple of burritos from this place in the past which were mediocre at best, but a quick breakfast option on the way to the office. Every time I got food from them, I noticed how oily the food was, but a bit less noticeable when mixed in with eggs and potatoes in a burrito. I got cheese enchiladas from them for lunch 3 days ago which was a mistake! The enchiladas were swimming in oil. I’m not talking about regular amount of oil that exudes from melted cheese, or from the sauce. I mean unbelievable amount of oil that was covering the enchiladas almost all the way to the top. I was starving so I had a couple of bites and I’ve been seriously ill since then. Do NOT eat there. There is absolutely NO reason to use that much oil in preparing the food, regardless of the kind of food you’re cooking at your restaurant. I hope you can improve your food quality, so you can stay...
