Great park but unfortunately is utilized as a playground. There are unsupervised children on scooters everywhere with no park etiquette or awareness of their surroundings. This is very dangerous for the kids and skaters alike. A professionally built skatepark is not a safe place to let little kids run around. Skaters of all ages are encouraged to learn how to skate, but remember it can be a dangerous activity, and you need to learn how to skate and use the park in a manner that everyone can skate and have a good time. Scooters should be banned as they are a toy and a danger to skaters. There's nothing scarier than coming down a ramp at top speed to have a kid on a scooter stop right in front of you, nobody wants to see a kid get hurt so to avoid collisions we end up hurting ourselves most of the time.
