Awful, simply Awful place. One of the worst food chains I have ever visited. Not once, but twice, I had the same terrible experience with them. From the store manager to the majority of the staff, they are careless and lazy, and they always make excuses! Today, after several months, and for the second time, I went there again. I ordered the eight pieces of dark meat, regular chicken. The cashier first said it would take 14-15 minutes to get the order ready. Evans, it sounds too long, but I didn't mind about the waiting time. When I got to the window and I paid for the meal, the cashier said the waiting time is actually seven minutes, it takes 7 minutes to have your order ready. The cashier asked me to park a little bit ahead, next to a trash can(!) and just wait. I waited 30 minutes and no one brought my order! I could see inside of the restaurant. Three of their staff were sitting and talking. Two of them were regular staff and one of them had a manager's uniform on. I ended up asking the drive-through cashier about my order, who was a different person now, and he started to apologize... At the end, after 35 minutes of waiting, the manager got up and brought my order. The manager said, " I'm sorry ma'am. I just came back from bank and didn't know what was going on."!!! I told the manager that I saw all of them sitting there and talking, and meanwhile, their customers were waiting for their orders!

Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time visit: @3pm on a week day. Not a busy time for the restaurant. Drive thru order. Ordered the new Garlic Parmesan wings & got spicy wings with sauce poured on them. We didnāt want spicy chicken & didnāt receive the sides, so I returned to the store. We also tried the strawberry biscuits. They were warm, but not fresh & barely had icing on them. No napkins. No plasticware. No receipt. I wish I had checked all of this before I left the drive thru.
*I would definitely recommend going inside to order & checking your bag/order before leaving.
Customer service: The first teenager that took my order was-meh. Thankfully, the 2nd teenager at the drive thru (Pakistani-descent, perhaps) offered great customer service & gave me an accurate order. Thank you young man!
The only other positive thing I can say about this restaurant experience is that they were efficient. However, I would rather wait longer to get an accurate, fresh order vs getting the food quickly & the order not be right, fresh, nor taste good.

Knowing the Eldorado one was finally opened, we were ecstatic! However, I had to express my frustrations after two visits with same negative experience.
Both times we put in orders and paid online before heading out. When arrived at drive through, it seemed that's when they started to prepare my order.
With that said, not only there's no advantage to order online but instead a disadvantage because now you couldn't turn away even there's a long line when your order was already paid for.
For example, today when I went pick up my online order. Five cars were in front of me. Even I announced my arrival through speaker, after all 5 cars were gone, I was still told to pull aside to wait. Watching another 6 cars behind me got their orders and left, it wasn't a good feeling. I finally got my food but what's the point of ordering online in advance?
Hope this was just a temporary issue considering they're still at establishing stage.
Food was still delicious but next time I'll skip...
