The listing described the vintage hutch as structurally sound, yet upon thorough cleaning, I discovered multiple undisclosed defects, including:

A previously repaired but cracked window Keyhole planks barely holding together, compromising integrity Deteriorating door backings affecting closure One door requiring multiple attempts to close due to damage Evidence of rodent infestation, including rat feces throughout the piece Spider eggs and extensive grime, requiring hours of cleaning

Despite my efforts to address these concerns privately, the seller dismissed them as "buyer’s remorse" rather than acknowledging the deceptive listing and unacceptable condition of the item. They claimed the flaws were accounted for in the price, yet the extent of the deterioration was never disclosed. Additionally, the seller suggested that buyers had an opportunity to inspect the piece beforehand, disregarding the fact that hidden structural issues and filth are not always immediately visible in a brief, in-person viewing.

Rather than working toward a reasonable resolution, the seller refused to take responsibility for their omissions, shifted blame onto the buyer, and failed to uphold basic standards of transparency and professionalism. It was a rewarding and amazing experience stopping in here for the first time after driving past their signs on Hwy 62 daily for the last couple months. There is truly something here for everyone of any age. They have a huge and varied selection. Anything from rare Pyrex/Corningware/Fiestaware sets, furniture, sports collectibles, clothing, outdoor gear, art from local artists, and so much more than I can list here. Its all vintage, in great shape, and very reasonably priced. I was able to get the majority of my last minute Christmas shopping done in one stop.

The owners Aaron and Tammy are some of the kindest people I've met with in a long time. This is a family owned, local small business, and I was happy to spend my time and money here. Aaron let me know they have plans to continue to grow and incorporate activities like art classes for children and Classic Car meetups in the near future. There is a large section of children's toys and collectibles which was great because Tammy was so helpful and kind to sit with my 4 year old daughter and keep her entertained and busy when she got a little restless with how long Daddy was taking to see everything in the store. I can't wait to watch this business continue to grow and expand in our community.
