Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Medford

I won't be back to this location after today's visit. They routinely pay zero attention to the customers, and focus on talking to each other. But on 10/22, I visited and asked for the same drink I get at every stand, medium iced SUGAR FREE, I have to have sugar free as I am diabetic, sugar is very dangerous. He not only spent the entire order time chatting, he didn't even notice that he scanned my app, so he tried to scan again. Forgot that I said iced, so he gave me a hot drink. And then I drove off and started drinking, and I could quickly tell that he gave me a regular sugared drink, as my head started spinning. That's a dangerous mistake for him to have made when there were only 2 cars at the stand, they weren't busy at all. My life is worth more than their mistake, I'll never be back. There are so many better...

literally started adding charges when i asked that my drink be filled to the top. i’ve been getting the same drink for months and have never had any problems. i wish i had taken a picture. it was that ridiculous. grand total is $9.30, $3.00 of that is specifically for them to add foam on top, and they still refused to fill my drink unless i paid EVEN MORE. i always just say “with soft top” and my drink is full. they originally gave me the tiniest amount. so i asked for more, so they changed my total, so i said if i was going to be paying more could i at least have my drink filled to the top, and they told me no, not without paying *even more extra charges *. ridiculous! dutch bros, you are turning cheap. i’ll be taking my business to black rock and starbucks where my drink is filled to the top the first...

My husband and I both have been getting coffee from Dutch Bros for a long time now and this is the only time I've ever been not happy with it, if I could leave no stars I would.. We got a kids hot chocolate, a dirty chai and a white chocolate lavender. The dirty chai and the hot chocolate weren't even half full (but completely full of whipped cream) and the "dirty chai" (what little I had in the cup) tasted like burnt regular black coffee. I normally don't do reviews but this was beyond ridiculous! I would've hoped y'all would have better standards than this! I would've said something but didn't really get into them until after we left the parking lot. I paid full price for not even half full drinks... I'm truly sorry to leave a bad review, but I felt this one was truly needing...
