Definitely thought this place would be like the one in the hospital but it is not. No matter how clear the instructions are on how you want your drink, they don't do it how you want it. The first time, they left off the whip cream on a drink even though it clearly comes with it and I didn't ask for it not to be there, but I gave them a second chance. Now, I clearly put it in the instructions that I wanted whip and some caramel on the top only, but they do it again where they put a crap load of caramel around the cup and if it wasn't for my pick up person telling them I wanted whip, they would have left it off. The batista is a joke, she is probably illiterate or just can't bother to read instructions correctly. She had the audacity to say "atleast we tried"..... like ok, well try harder becky. Wonderful friendly service. Atmosphere is so comfy and pleasant that I didn't want to leave. Smoothy and tea were excellent.

Had to take a star away from the "food" category due to the scone. The only part that tasted good was the generous portion of lingonberries on top. The rest tasted more like it was meant to be a treat for horses. A new recipe would make all the difference.
