I came here for my boyfriend and I’s anniversary. I had a lot of confidence and trust in this place because of the reviews… but unfortunately I was very disappointed.

The instructions say to show up 10 minutes early for paperwork. My boyfriend and I showed up just about 10 minutes early after a 40 minute drive. We were offered the bathroom while the receptionist got our forms ready. The pen they gave me didn’t work and the paperwork took awhile to complete. The paperwork was pretty long compared to what I’ve seen at other places and the pen caused a delay as well. We got into our massage room and took a quick picture for the memory- it’s stamped 5:09pm. By the time the therapists came back it was probably 5:15pm. Then they stopped at 5:55pm. When I asked about the shortage of massage time they told me it was because someone was directly after us. While I understand that someone was after us, I think that it was very unfair and more importantly unclear to us. We were never told that we would get our massage shortened for the paperwork or bathroom… or we would have not even gone / filled out the form entirely. Also, we conversed with our therapist to let them know what and why we needed certain spots focused on. Although we had great massage therapists, please watch your time. For $200+, we were EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this. It was not disclosed to us that we would lose time and also that we didn’t get some kind of discount for the lack in time. 20 minutes is about 1/3 of the massage and the deep tissue wasn’t nearly as intense as we thought it would be.

Overall, I don’t recommend this place. For the high price, it was very average and if you’ve ever received a massage, you know that massage time is precious!!! I probably would have been a returning costumer if this had not happened. I wanted to warn others to be there EXTRA early if you are a first time costumer and to be aware that every second, including telling them what you want done or using the bathroom, will be taken from your massage time. Edit 2/5/25 After speaking with the owner Deanna I was given a complementary service and it did not disappoint. The service I received this time around was amazing and I will be going back to see massage therapist Samantha in the near future. She was a great listener and worked hard to address the areas of pain I was having problems with. The fact that the owner called me to discuss the issues I had with my first visit and go above and beyond to remedy that was refreshing and made me feel like I actually mattered as a client.

This place is gorgeous it looks straight off of Instagram but the service was just okay for the price. Scheduled a 1 hour massage and arrived 10 min early. But didn't get taken back until after my start time and my massage ended 10 min before my scheduled time was up. Felt like she rushed through massage, was more like somebody applying lotion than actual massage. Hopefully it was a one off occurrence but I'm hesitant to go back for the money when there are better places in Medina that are really good even if they aren't...

I went here in December for a wax and had a good experience. The esthetician was very kind, but the wax was too hot and burnt my skin. I didn’t notice until the skin peeled a few days later. I called and was told that I would receive a refund and the interaction with the receptionist was friendly and professional. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the refund and the second time I contacted the establishment in January, I was told the manager has a list and they will get to me when they can. The customer service on the second phone call was not professional, nor helpful. Overall, the building itself is clean and they have tons of services. They make you feel relaxed and comfortable, and the products are good quality that they use. I would return, but unfortunately due to poor customer service and not receiving a refund, I will not be spending my money here...
