Completely and utterly ridiculous experience. I just picked up a medium pepperoni pizza from this location; only to drive it all the way home, open the box and see that there was no pepperoni on the pizza. When I called the store and asked if they could make me an actual pepperoni pizza and deliver it to my address, they refused. Why? Because the pepperoni was āunder the cheeseā. My topping, letās remember what that word means, was in the middle of the pizza.
According to the second guy I spoke to, it is the new policy coming from their corporate office. East Of Chicago wants their toppings, once again remember the definition of the word toppings, put in the middle of the pizza. And thatās not the worst part. We tried the pizza I brought home, and it was disgusting. The pepperoni itself was soft and mushy, completely undercooked, because it was not on the top. Again, like toppings are supposed to be. It ruined the entire pizza.
The store refused to offer me a refund, or make me an actual pepperoni pizza and deliver it to me. Quite literally the exact opposite of customer service. The second guy I spoke to simply said, ānext time, just tell us to put the pepperoni on topā. Oh, you mean how itās supposed to be made in the first place? I swear, this country is going nuts from...

Either parts of order missing, wing sauce spilled all over everything, late to deliver, etc. Always something. Tonight placed a web delivery order for 630. Called at 640. Told it was on the way. Asked why it's so late. Well we don't have enough drivers. Ok so maybe give people a call and give them a heads up if they have a scheduled order time.... Basic customer service is so absent these days, it's not even funny. No offer to take some money off or a coupon for next time, nothing... Take your restaurant back...
