I brought my family to play a round and the policy is that one has to pay for any child over 3. I explained my son was 4 and would not play he literally turned 4 one month earlier), but the young female at the front desk just looked at me blankly without saying anything further after initially saying 3 and under are free. After looking at her for a few seconds, I paid almost $50 for my wife, her brother, myself, and our 4 year old to go through. As expected he would not play, he wouldn’t even play the first hole because it’s dark and he was scared. On the third hole and following constant redirection and encouragement for my son, I had to take my son out to sit in the vehicle and wait. I knew my son wouldn’t play, turns out he wouldn’t walk through but they certainly kept my money. How many 4 year olds go through a dark place and play mini golf? Does a company really believe it’s the right thing to do to charge for a young child under the circumstances? If he was going to play, I’m happy to pay, it what happens when someone won’t play? They pay to walk through and that is ridiculous. Does it cost the place money for my 4 year old to walk through and watch? Does he wear the carpet that badly? We will not be back because of ridiculous policies and typical terrible service. Save you money unless you’re sure your child will play. This isn’t about the money at all, it’s the principle. Poor service,...
Read moreAmazing hidden gem! Kudos for whoever designed this place they did not miss a thing! So very unique Best mini golf course I've seen..indoor, 3D. Super fun My only negatives would be the hours (especially in summer) during week they close at 8pm which is pretty early for those who don't leave work until after 5 I will say they let us finish our game which was about 8:30-8:45 but we were unable to enjoy the bar area or snacks since it closes even earlier. I imagine this is not the case on weekends since they have later hours. The gentleman there was super super nice and willing to answer questions and chat as I kept apologizing for not being done sooner (we met family in from out of town there after work and got there just a bit b4 7 between getting off work n traffic ) with 3 adults and two teens it was the perfect place and activity for all. The gal behind the counter seemed less than thrilled to be there perhaps just a bad day but was a definite contrast to the brightly colored fun & funky atmosphere. I can't wait to take more friends and family I will definitely recommend it to everyone. Overall I was...
Read moreOH MY GOSH!!! This place was so fun and cool! Don’t pass this up!! The 3D glasses are really awesome to wear but even without them it’s a great time. My boyfriend is here from FL and we always enjoy doing putt putt together wherever we go and this was our favorite place both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S…that definitely says something. We stopped at the snack bar halfway through the course and had a slush puppy, which was so good and just like when I had them as a kid. They also have “adult” slush puppies, which my boyfriend enjoyed. Mike the manager sat and talked with us at the snack bar telling us a bunch of neat things about this place and it’s clear the workers and owner take a lot of pride in this establishment. He was so awesome to chat with and we really enjoyed our time at the snack bar with him. The snack bar also has a really neat aquarium and Mike told us about some of the most recent fish and aquatic life they have. This is just an all around great place for everyone, whether you are a young kid, or like us, in our 30s and 40s. I can’t say enough about how cool...
