I will go into detail on why they are not recommended in a moment but I’d like to start out that they do go into a lot of detail, (some of it detail you don’t really need to know, nor care about) but they give you a lot of information. They also take the time to review and plan accordingly by taking multiple days to examine your x-rays. So, if you are someone who has the time and can take off work to be there multiple times a month then this is the place for you. If your someone who is in a lot of pain and didn’t know where to go before you found this place and just want to get aligned and helped as soon as possible this is not it. They don’t explain to you that they won’t do anything to help you the day of your appointment, no they just sit there and educate you for an hour then tell you to go in for x-rays and send you on your way. I walked out of there still extremely uncomfortable and close to tears because I wasted my money and my time off work to get help and they expect me to just be able to take the time off work again the next week. They finally told me I can come in on a Saturday but it won’t be for another week so I will be waiting in pain for another week. If this information was given to me before my appointment I would have gone somewhere else that would have taken the time to do my alignment the day of. But sadly I cannot go anywhere else since I paid to be educated for an hour instead. How fantastic is that. So if you have the time and your pain isn’t severe I would recommend going here because they are thorough, but if you need something done ASAP please take my advice and go...

Started using Maximum Potential after my son failed his hearing tests and we were told he needed to have surgery to have ear tubes put in because he had fluid in his ears. Did an extensive amount of research to find an alternative to surgery because that would be my last resort, dont want to put my son through that is there is something else that can help him. i read that a lot of people in my situation used a chiropractor to help drain the fluid naturally instead of surgery. i started searching for local chiropractors and reading reviews on them and decided to call Maximum Potential. I honestly didnt know what they would think when i called and said i wanted to try this instead of surgery. They greeted me and my son in with open arms and got us in right away. My son went for 2 weeks and we were at the pediatricians office for my daughters checkup and i was telling his doctor we were trying the chiropractor. After she sat there for 5 minutes telling me how chiropractors dont work, she said "lets take him back for another hearing test", i said "ok". Not knowing what to think......wondering if there would be any improvement after only going for 2 weeks to Dr. Matt, the nurse comes in the room with my son and looks shocked! "He passed it perfectly" she said! I was blown away! I love Maximum Potential and all the kind people who work there. I went years back regularly but can't really vouch for those experiences then anymore. However, this week I learned my baby is breech and started going again. Within the first night after my first adjustment where Dr. Matt used the Webster teqnique, my baby flipped into the heads down position! I'm so excited! Praise God, I was saved from needing a C-section.

Not only that, but they are completely open about their plans and pricing, and do what they can to help you have informed consent, and beyond that, satisfaction, of what's offered.

As a nice bonus, they have free drinks like coffee, water, and teas available in the waiting room, as well as a cool kids play area.

I also love the atmosphere of Maximum Potential. As I mentioned, everyone is so kind, and they seem to genuinely care and want the best for their patients.
