Rarely do I give a 5 star review,but, when a business earns the highest rating possible...I'll give it to them! And, Matt Haaga and his entire staff have EARNED 5 star rating! Why? Let me regress. We had been with one agency for 35+ years, and the last 5 years were subjected to rate increases evert six months....fired them and saved $$$$$. Next insurance company, with no claims, after 6 years, our home owners and auto started with high rate increases, fired them and saved serious $$$$$$$. Not knowing where to go next, I remembered Matt's father told me he was now had his own agency. Made the call to his office, and within minutes, quote, canceled previous policies, and they handled it all! Great....now the challenge. While out of town for the week last fall, ice storm came through and damaged our roof. Curious when 8-10 neighbors were getting new roofs? Roofing company inspected our roof, explained the weather event, and felt we would get a new roof and possibly gutters. Just purchased a house, and went with Geico because they were a bit cheaper than State Farm. Massive mistake - long story short, a month after closing, Geico demanded illegal modifications done within 30 days or would cancel the policy outright, no negotiation or extension possible.

I remembered the quote I'd gotten from Yahya. Called back, explained the situation, and Yahya took care of everything quickly. Took a bit of wrangling to get information from the loan servicer, but Yahya was able to issue a policy right then for cheaper than the original quote, home and auto, effective immediately.
