Subway — Restaurant in Memphis

I have been going to this Subway location for years. The food is good, the vegetables fresh. On this visit though the Sweet Tea was bad and I'm a life-long tea drinker and have drunk this Subway's tea for years. I had told one of the managers in person that the Sweet Tea tasted bad, his response, 'well no one else complained', I told him that i have drank this sweet tea many times but on this visit its bad, he just said, 'well you are the only one that has said anything is wrong with it.'' So instead of the manager taking me serious as a long time customer, he just brushes off my complaint. I was being nice to let them know their is something wrong with the tea, not everyone will let a business know if something is wrong, they just won't come back. But i liked this location, until now. That manager was just rude and dismissive, like he didn't care about my customer input. So my punishment to that location is no business from me for a few months. I gave them a 1 because a negative 1 is not available. They constantly give tiny portions of veggies on A FRIGGIN SALAD!!! Tonight I wanted a chopped tuna salad for dinner. They told me they cannot do chopped. I asked, “why not, every other Subway in America has chopped salads? You literally just put it in a bowl and chop it. You have a bowl and chopper thingy specifically for that purpose.” They didn’t even try to listen or try to help me at all because they don’t care. This particular store never cares. Just beware, if you order a salad from here you might get one strip of bell pepper, one slice of tomato and two strips of onion on your salad. Came here yesterday afternoon on my lunch break and greeted them as I approached the counter. Everyone just stared at me… but greeted the white man that came in right behind me. I ordered an Italiano meat sub or whatever and I couldn’t see how much meat they put on my sandwich because the old Indian guy had the metal cover lifted up blocking my view .
