I’m always getting a poke bowl from here on the regular. The food is fine. It’s the staff that’s the problem. Usually my husband will pickup my food. The few times I’ve been.. the service is not as great. I asked him if the staff is always nonchalant and non welcoming like this. He agrees. They act like they don’t want to serve you. It’s usually 2 younger girls or 3. Or an older lady. Sometimes they will give you a small portion even if you are paying extra fees for it as well. Which wasn’t a problem the first few times. It is annoying though. It’s even worse if you order from uber eats or DoorDash. The portions are even smaller than it would be ordering from there in person! It’s also the same exact thing I would order too. Extra protein and veggies. There should be no reason why it’s even smaller in size. It’s just greedy really. I usually never complain about restaurants food or their staff. It is a problem if you make your regulars that pay to your restaurant feel unwelcome and tense. It’s just awkward ordering as a customer because there’s no type of communication and interaction from the staff. Please train your staff if you want a running up business. I gave it another star deduction because a customer who was eating had a half-finished bowl and wanted more wonton strips. Secondly, one of my family members has a gluten allergy and I specifically asked for sauce on the side due to gluten allergy. They put it on top and then told me it wasn’t gluten free. When I told them there was an allergy she said here I’ll remove the spot with that sauce on it. No ma’am with celiac you can’t risk the cross contamination or it being in the dish. I asked them to remake it and even offered to pay for it due to their error and they wanted to just scoop more of it out. They also lost their patience then too.
