Cheeky Monkey Toys — Attraction in Menlo Park

We explored several options and even tried placing an order through another Cheeky Monkey store to arrange a birthday gift for my friend’s brother and his wife, but nothing worked—until we contacted this store and spoke with Andrew League.

Andrew was truly incredible—a real legend. He went above and beyond to ensure the birthday presents were delivered on time. Not only did he personally deliver them, but he also included a thoughtful message with each gift.

Awesome toys store. Great selection of toys and lots of educational toys for older kids 8+. A good variety of toys that are made in the USA and Europe. The staff was super helpful except for one guy (late 30's, bald, 5'11, 190 lbs or so). I spent about $250 worth of toys so I didn't want to wait around for them to wrap them all, I wanted to take some wrap papers and ribbons home, thinking I'd save us both time and effort. Nope, they couldn't accommodate that. The main part that bothered me was his short responses and agitation encouraging me to leave asap - not the attitude you should use in customer service. What a cool store! I didn't think there were any decent toy stores left in the area. Target, Wal-Mart, maybe Marshall's, all terrible selections and little to no customer support.

This store has a great selection of toys for all ages and an amazing and helpful staff! I called in looking for something, they held it for me, then walked me over to the section with those toys when I arrived.

In the 15 or so minutes I was in the store I was approached by 3 different employees to ask if I was finding everything and if I needed any help.
