CVS — Attraction in Menlo Park

I needed some Ensure Plus, Strawberry for my son, who has dietary problems and can only drink that one. The CVS store in Sharon Heights didn't have any on the shelf, so I asked the gal at the checkout stand if they happened to have any in the back room. She said she would go and look, and was gone several minutes. She came back with two six-packs of the right Ensure, and I was overjoyed! AND, when she noticed that I was having trouble carrying it (I'm 90 years old), she offered to carry it out to my car! I feel an "Above and Beyond" effort like this should be recognized. Will not go back! The pharmacy service is TERRIBLE! They are the pharmacy that is closest to my house and I am transferring to another CVS! The last three times I've gone there to pick up a prescription, they either can't find it or have suddenly run out of it. It doesn't matter if I've received an automated phone call saying my prescription is ready for pick up or if someone at the counter has said come back tomorrow and it will be ready, they've screwed it up the last three times!
